Cutest two bedroom cottage in Indian Shores. The white sands of the Gulf are 200 steps away. Walk through nature trail to your own private dock on the inter-coastal.

The cottage has been renovated - kitchen has new quartz countertop, new glass top oven, with all rooms being painted, laminate floors and new ceiling fans installed. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a second bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Plus, enjoy meals in the spacious screened in porch.

We have a full shower and a washer and dryer for your exclusive use.

After an exhilarating day on the beach get ready for a fun night of ice cream, a block away, or a nice dinner at one of the many surrounding restaurants.

Enjoy strolling through the mangrove nature preserve to our back yard - where there is a private dock on the intercoastal - perfect for fishing, bird watching, dolphin watching, or just relaxing and reading a book.

If you prefer a night in, enjoy making a home cooked meal in our full kitchen and enjoy your cuisine on the screened-in back porch.

We are only a few minutes' walk away from a water sports rental company, delicious restaurants, and local gift store.

Our home is pet friendly, but please note there is an additional fee for cleaning up the additional pet hair.

Our stay was great, the house was super clean and everything was as listed. We really enjoyed spending time on the dock in the evenings. The area is great as well, there is a lot to do within walking distance!

Beach Cottage

The cottage had everything for our 6 week beach vacation. The location is great and the hosts were super responsive and accomodating. We highly recommend the Cottage!

House was clean, Location was a 8/10.. literally across the street from the beach and the Beach access point. The hey had beach chairs and a tent and boogie boards to use. The laundry is located on the back porch patio, which is nice so it doesn’t add extra heat into the house. The shower head was broken and leaked water. If you tried to just it, it would then leak more but not a deal breaker.

Thanks for staying at our home. Watching the unobstructed view of the beach from the living room is amazing - it truly is a 10 star view. We wish you had contacted us directly about the shower head - so we could have had it fixed during your stay - but now that we know we will get it fixed. Glad you enjoyed the beach toys and being so close to such a great beach.

Perfect for us

Nice cottage pet friendly and steps from the beach just like it says. Restaurants, stores and suvaner shops in walking distance as well.

Thanks for your visit. We love our cottage locations - close to ice cream, bike and kayak rentals, and delicious food. We renovated the kitchen - but eat out more than we cook. Of course the sunsets over the gulf are the best.

Property was exactly as described. Clean and cozy. The best part is the location! Its steps to the beach, you can actually see the ocean from the living room window. We frequented the local ice cream parlors and restaurants. Most are within walking distance. We left a couple pair of shorts in a drawer and owner is having them mailed to us. So nice! Check in was super simple as well. Only complaint and it’s not a big one is the shower head doesn’t work correctly. Water comes out both the stationary and handheld wand at same time so not a lot of water pressure. Washer and dryer was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time and the beach is beautiful and uncrowded there.

Wonderful beach cottage

We enjoyed our getaway at this beach cottage! Perfect location for a quick walk to the beach, the beach wagon was perfect for carrying our chairs and toys, beach was absolutely beautiful and not at all crowded. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location

Enjoyed our days on the beach and our evenings on the dock! The cottage had everything we needed and the beach wagon was an added bonus. The hosts were very responsive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent amenities!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s beach cottage. The location to the beach & restaurants was perfect and the cottage was very clean & was fully stocked with all our needs. We even had beach towels, coolers, a fan, smart tv, kayaks , bikes & chairs for the beach! We would highly recommend this cottage!

Amazing 2 month stay

Loved our time at Indian Shores. The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was everything it was advertised to be. Karen was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any communication.

Great place for a small family. It has everything you need. Perfect location too. The beach is extremely close and the dock on the intercostal is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Wonderful cottage

We had a great stay for the week at this adorable cottage! It had everything we needed to be our home away from home, and the location was perfect! Such a short walk across the street to the beach and the private dock in the back on the intracoastal was also nice! Everything was clean and as expected, so no complaints here! Would definitely stay at this charming beach cottage again!

beach vacation

Karen was a very good host. It would be nice if there were some tourist maps and info of local merchants to help when first arriving .a few sharper knifes would be great. The was wonderful It was a great stay .

Location!!

My run buddy and I went to see our friends there. This was the perfect fit for us to enjoy the beach. My friend and I enjoyed the quiet and easy access to beach. Lots of amenities were available as we flew in. Makes it nicer not to have to grab things at the store. We LOVED every evening going to sit at the bay after sunset.

Thanks for your review. I love being able to walk right to the beach and seeing the sunsets every evening. Plus, having so many restaurants, ice cream and convenience store nearby means I rarely use the car. My favorite place is sitting on the dock watching the dolphins and birds.

Great Winter Get Away!

Wonderful location, walked the beach every morning. Adorable home, very clean and bright. Nice functional kitchen had everything we needed (again very clean) Washer and dryer on property were a bonus. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to the private intercoastal waters behind the property. Lots of places to eat in a walkable and within a short drive. Owners were wonderful, very responsive. Nice little place for a winter get away!

Perfect place for family

This property was wonderful. Had all the strings we needed for a beach trip. Included beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels. (Saved us a lot of room in the car!) very clean place ! Perfect location - very short walk to the beach. Walking location to ice cream shop and store to be able to get supplies. The dock and fishing were fun too ! Beds comfortable! Wish I were still there !

Perfect beach cottage

We had the best month ever here. It’s so close to the local bars and restaurants. We rode our bikes to several stores and restaurants and there are 2 ice cream shops within a very short walking distance. 30 minutes with traffic to the Phillies and Blue Jays spring training facilities. Oh, and the beach is literally across the street. The kids were able to use the crosswalk just outside of the house to cross the street to get to the beach. The house had all of the necessities and even some toys and things for the kids to use at the beach. We had the best time and can’t wait to get back. Would definitely rent again!

Beach cottage

We rented the cottage for the months of February and March. We absolutely loved it. Perfect location. Beach was right across the street. If it was too windy for the beach we would sit on the dock on the intercostal. It was so peaceful and quiet. The cottage was cozy and bright and had everything you needed. Loved the collapsible clothes baskets in the closet. Enjoyed sitting on screened in porch and grilling out. The owners were readily available if we needed them. We loved the area and the people we met. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great location!

We liked this rental. The beach entrance was right across the street and was located in a great area. The family behind us were very friendly. The beds were comfortable as were the sheets and towels. There was a beach wagon, toys, and chairs. We were going to attempt the kayak but we spent most of our time on the beach with the kids. Bring bug spray for the nature trail if mosquitoes love you like they love us. 😆 We watched Netflix on the living room tv but we didn’t spend much time in the room. We wer usually at the beach or on the screened in back porch, which we loved!

Sitting in the living room and watching the ocean is so relaxing. I love how close the beach is and watching the sunrise and the boats go by from the dock in the backyard.

We have enjoyed family reunions while still having privacy by using both homes on the property.

Wander through our backyard mangrove nature park to reach our dock on the intercoastal where you can enjoy fishing, dolphin watching, and bird watching. This truly make our property unique.
