We enjoyed our stay! Condo was neat & clean. You have your own garage which is a plus with no parking issues. Pool was so nice with a bar with chairs overlooking the intercostal. There are plenty of chairs and tables around the pool. This was our first time at Sea Shell Condominium’s and it was a great experience as well as close to our favorite places.

We loved our stay. The decor has so much character and enjoyed the beach vibe. The rooms are spacious with two king beds. It’s an added plus to have our own garage so no parking issues. The pool was so warm with a bar and chairs overlooking the intercostal way. There are plenty of chairs and tables. For us it is centrally located to our favorite places. Jackie is a great host and responds quickly to any questions.

Wonderful beach get away

We had a wonderful couple of days . Comfortable accommodations and welcoming! We enjoyed the use of bikes and kayaks. Proximity to the lovely beach was great too!

Jackie's unit was one of thr best supplied units that I have ever stayed at. It was very clean and having a garage was nice. We even used the provided kayaks a few times on the intercoastel waterway using the kayak launch onsite. Nice pool and we used the provided wagon to go across the road to the beach.Thanks Jackie for a great stay!

Jackie’s place was great! We had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach. Loved all the beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and wagon! Very convenient.

Fantastic unit and location

Really impressed with this unit. It was nicely updated, had everything we needed, and the VRBO owner was very responsive when we needed her. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Family Vacay

We spent 4th of July week in Indian Shores Beach. Leave of Absence was perfect four stay. Very clean, well furnished and appointed. The addition of beach chairs, toys, bikes, and kayaks were an added bonus. Very comfortable space. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation in April

We had a pleasant 3 night stay. The condo was very nice. Lots of supplies for comfort, cooking, and fun outdoor activities. The beach was a short walk, as were a handful of dining options. It was all very convenient and didn't seem like it would get overly crowded. Great option!

Spring break heaven on earth!

Jackie was wonderful. She was so responsive to our questions and very helpful. The condo was clean, decorated well and felt like home. Amenities were great, we had everything we needed. It was close to the beach, a 2 minute walk.

Jackie is the most helpful host. Gave attention to the most minute detail. Even loaned my wife her personal blow dryer diffuser. Everything there you would need. Very nice place, clean, close to the beach and central to all the restaurants you would want to visit. We highly recommend the"Leave of Absence!"

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s property! Everything was just as advertised! Location was great and property was fully stocked, even with things we never would have thought of! The weather wasn’t the best, but there were plenty of games and things for us to pass the rain. Jackie provided wonderful communication before and throughout our stay! She was super helpful accommodating to our family. Would completely recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we walked in we felt home. Jackie provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. My 4 year old son particularly loved the Lego’s and cars that were there to play with. Even on nights that it was raining we had plenty of board games to play as a family. Jackie was super responsive and kind. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect Reset vacation

I was very impressed with our stay. I have stayed at many home rentals. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Every item you couldn’t pack they had, beach towels, chairs, wagon, coolers, bikes, even kayaks. The decor was very nice. It was clean and extra cleaning supplies were there. As a clean freak… I was pleased.. I would highly recommend this Vrbo & plan to come back. Any communication was responded to very quickly, and I greatly appreciated all the information from the cupboards being labeled of where items were in the kitchen to the combinations for the door codes. Everything was explained very well.!

Seriously, only bring sunscreen!!

The owners thought of everything and communicated quickly!! Everything you see in the pictures and MORE. The dining table was large enough for everyone. The blue chair and the living room were so cozy. There are extra linens. The BEACH was so so close and an EASY walk. The wagon made it even easier. The kids loved the pool. We even took the kayaks out. The ice cream place on the corner was awesome. Also check out Caddy's it is a quick walk and they have live music some days. We will definitely check if Jackie's place is available on our next trip down.

Had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Close to the beach, close to fishing, cute little ice cream shop at the end of the condos that we visited several times. Jackie responded quickly anytime I needed assistance. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with the condo is the pool water was too warm the entire week. But it's Florida and it's hot so nothing you can do it about it, and definitely not Jackie's fault.

We stayed for a week in a two level unit with 2 car garage. It was a great stay. Unit was clean and ready for us early. The host sent a message saying we can check in early if we arrive before 4 pm. The kitchen was well equipped and a welcome kit was waiting for us in the kitchen. We haven’t done much cooking. The only thing I missed was a tea cattle. I am a tea drinker, had to boil water in a pot. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of pillows different sizes and density. Good quality bath towels and plenty of beach towels of different sizes and quality. There are plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella and other things for the beach relaxing. The walk to the beach is about 4 minutes from the house. I am probably missing something, but there too many good things to mention. We enjoyed the stay very much and will be back next year.
