The view was from a side balcony but gave a great overview of the local area as well as a view of the water. The place was really nice and would stay here again

Very clean condo and perfect for our family trip down to Daytona! Great location on the beach with access to a Dollar General across the street for quick snacks and cold beverages when we ran out.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable, but the " Beach Front" listing was kinda misleading. Being on the side of the building, with a very limited view of the beach was not particularly appealing.

The condo was perfect for our needs! Clean unit AND building.. great pool/hot tub area. Eric was a super responsive and pleasant owner. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and very clean and well laid out condo. Owner is very responsive. Beautiful views of both the ocean and the intercoastal from the patio. Comfortable beds. No wait for elevator. Has everything needed for meal prep. Nice pool, whirlpool, and fitness center. Would stay there again!

This was perfect for our group for Bike Week. Dollar General right across the street made it easy to grab drinks and food to cook when we didn’t want to go out. Three bikes and a trike fit in the garage parking spot with no issues, thank you for having us!

Beautiful condo complex, and the unit was spacious and clean. I loved the convenience of having everything so close by—Dollar General and Winn-Dixie are within walking distance. One of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in at Daytona Beach Shores.

We had a little issue with the HVAC but Eric had it taken care of immediately. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Spot to enjoy Ocean

Eric’s place was very comfortable and a great kitchen, enough beds and great property! We would enjoy this place over and over. Can’t wait for the pools to return to Daytona vacations as well.

Best place all around

From the time we checked in we were impressed, from the cleanliness, how sweet and full of smiles from employees to the extreme responsiveness of the Owner and Host. My family was so happy and relaxed the whole time.

Very easy check in. The condo was amazing!! So spacious! The balcony had views of the ocean and the water on the other side. We will save this condo for future trips. Perfect for bigger families. The master suite is huge and the bathroom is huge also. Elevators are fast too. Pool area and hot tub are very clean. Beach is steps away. We will be back. Thank you!

An amazing vacation

Unbelievable, can’t say enough about the condo, slept like a baby and thoroughly relaxed everyday. Honestly I couldn’t suggest one think to improve our stay and we look forward to the next time.
