The breeze moves lightly across the decks as you step outside, carrying the scent of the Gulf and the hush of nearby waves. Soft morning light filters over the water, offering a quiet moment before the day begins. Evenings settle gently here, with space to gather by the fire pit or unwind on a private balcony as the sky fades.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house sleeps 8 guests across multiple levels. The ground level includes a bedroom with a daybed and trundle with access to the pool area. On the mid-level, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct walkout to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds along with storage and smart TVs. A full bath with double vanities sits nearby, and a half bath is positioned for added convenience.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool is available year-round and open 24 hours, with heating offered October through March for a fee. The fully fenced backyard creates a relaxed space with lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. After visiting the nearby beach, an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off before settling onto one of the gulf-view decks. A BBQ grill on the upper deck adds an easy option for outdoor meals.

Kitchen & dining
The top floor brings everyone together with a kitchen, dining, and living area framed by water views. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and other essentials. A dining table seats six, and four additional bar stools provide room for casual meals and conversation.

Comfort & amenities
The home includes central air conditioning, a window AC unit, ceiling fans, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace in a common area. A free washer and dryer sit in the home along with essentials such as bed linens and towels. Family-friendly additions include a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby safety gates, children’s books, toys, and board games. A 75 inch HDTV with standard cable offers entertainment after beach days.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly property welcomes up to two pets with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. The fenced yard provides an easy outdoor space for them to enjoy. Assistance animals are always allowed.

Located in the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home sits close to beach access, local dining, and scenic drives. The surrounding coastline offers opportunities for hiking, fishing, snorkeling, sailing, wildlife viewing, and more.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets allowed). Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.


We do not live in the direct area but, I am close enough if there is an emergency.
