Newly remodeled 3 bedroom at the Meadow Ridge Resort - a wonderful ski vacation rental for families and includes great resort amenities.
This is an end unit has extra windows to allow the sunshine to come into the living room and has easy access from the parking lot to make moving in a breeze. The main entrance to the unit has hardwood flooring and small area to leave jackets and boots.
The main level of the condo is six steps up and you can enjoy the open floor plan encompassing the main living with kitchen, dining, living room and private balcony. The comfortable leather couch is made to unwind whether gazing out the sliding glass doors to the night sky, towards the wood stove and excellent spot to watch a game on the big flat screen TV. The dining area offer a large table with plenty of room for everyone in the party and provides easy access to the fully equipped kitchen.
A full flight up from the living area places you in the master bedroom with King bed, flat screen TV and private bath.
Six steps down from the front door is the lower bedroom level with two bedrooms, two hallway bathrooms and washer/dryer.
The lower level bedrooms offer a Queen sized bed with a small flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and twin and includes a small flat screen TV and bonus of access to the private patio. No air conditioning.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. If you are unsure, please contact our Guest Service Team at 970-726-6200. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
