Relaxing house with deep water dock on canal leading directly to the spring-fed Weeki Wachee River. Comfortably furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, beautiful kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, large enclosed Florida room and back deck facing the river. Liquid Pleasure River Retreat has three separate dining areas, outdoor grill, fire pit and an inside laundry room. Enjoy clean cool water from natural springs for swimming, fishing and kayaking. The Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes via the river. Enjoy the tranquility of "Old Florida" like it was in the 1950s before mega buildings, super highways, and Disney World. The river, which begins in Weeki Wachee at its famed mermaid springs runs a dozen miles before emptying out into the Gulf. The river is one of the Tampa/St. Petersburg area's best attractions, and one of the more unforgettable “Old Florida” experiences around. Kayak along the pristine waterways and get up close and personal with gentle manatees. Enjoy the peaceful area and friendly people. No matter where you come from in the world, you will find that your time spent on the River is a small slice of paradise. We provide a double kayak and 6 single kayaks to enhance your vacation!

From the sundeck you can fish and see blue heron, egrets, or even manatees. There are restaurants, kayak and boat rentals and a local beach all within walking distance. Numerous golf courses are nearby. The Liquid Pleasure River Retreat is a great place to relax and forget about life for a while.

The place was fabulous and the location was nothing less. We took one vehicle went about seven minutes up the road to the Spring and then paddleboard all the way back to the dock. So no less than 10 manatees a dolphin and a bunch of beautiful scenery… This is the eighth wonder of the world.

Great location & Wonderful time, a day kayaking Crystal River and Weeki Wachee, a day fishing out of Crystal Springs with Captain Andrew, fresh trout & redfish for dinner, then down to St. Pete. Perfect getaway. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Coffee on the deck was a great start to each day’s adventure

This property was adorable! Decorated beautifully in a Florida theme. Everywhere you looked was something different to catch your eye. The kitchen was well stocked with every amenity and we found the blender to be outstanding for margaritas! We saw a manatee swimming up the canal. Brings back memories! Highly recommend this home away from home!

Amazing to work with. After several hour flight delay she allowed us to have a late check out. Place was decorated so cute and was very clean!! Although we only rented for one night, it is a definitely a place where you could spend days with so much to do.

Very pleasant, great location

We enjoyed our stay at Liquid Pleasure very much. Relaxing. Birds and fish were plentiful. Restaurants nearby excellent. House was wholesome just like a family home.

River retreat

The property was nice and clean. Loved the deck in the back with the retractable awning. All the rooms were good size and attached to bathrooms. The house has a gas grill and a ton of kayaks to use.

Great family place

The property was fantastic, as advertised! Everything was there you could need for an extended stay. We were there for theee nights. All the kayaks were in great shape. We paddled both days, to the Weeki river ,. Fanatic place highly recommend staying there

Very clean. Did have an issue with the lock on the door and was locked out for over 2 hours and unable to reach host.

Nice little spot

Great little place to stay thats easily within 15 minutes of almost anything you want to do. We were greeted by a sweet little calico on the sea wall that was out for its afternoon sunbathing. Some fishing poles and tackle were on the porch if you wanted to do some fishing off the dock and a couple of kayaks with gear to get on the river.

Great Channel Experience

The property is great; a bit 'ol Florida' feel. The deck faces south so there was morning sun to enjoy. Lots of birds in the area. The kayaks were fun. The house is roomy and well stocked. Big kitchen and cooking in it was easy. Awesome property that I would recommend and return to.

We had a nice time —BUT I could not make my morning coffee, the pot was dirty and maybe even moldy - the bath soap canisters one was empty - one didn’t pump had to open it for soap - loose planks on deck Outside. - tripped. :(. AC was difficult to figure out - too complicated. / remote controls for TV no batteries :((. Toaster would be better toToast - being on water was great Kiyaks fun!!! Early check in was great !!! It has just about everything I needed toMake dinner - thank you. Kept it clean !!! Thank you - Cloe- difficult to get hold of host :(.

Glad you had a nice time with your family. We are addressing your feedback. Checked all TV remotes and surprisingly the middle bedroom had no batteries. After checking, the Coffee pot was not dirty or moldy but did have water spots. Agree AC can be a little complicated but our phone # is listed around the house in numerous places and we could have easily helped you. Our stay was fabulous. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we had two manatees in the canal. These manatees followed our children around on their paddle boards. The following day we paddled up to the beautiful clear water of the river. The provided kayaks were in great shape, and all accessories were easily accessible in a shed on the side. The beds are super comfortable and everything needed is provided. Communication with the host was immediate and thorough. We will definitely be back.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! This beautiful canal-front home was absolutely perfect in every way. The three-bedroom, two-bath layout was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home.The canal views were stunning and provided a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and relaxing evenings. The outdoor space was wonderful, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the waterfront setting.Every detail of the property was thoughtfully maintained, and it was clear the owners take great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. Great place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised or better. The back porch and dock area was better than expected and was a great place to hangout.

Lovely, quiet location

This is a lovely place to stay. every need is anticipated. Well appointed home and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. Such an added bonus to have the washer and dryer easily obtainable in the center of the house. The kitchen has everything you will need. I love the area, so much to do and wonderful restaurants. Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise.

Grandmas and granddaughters trip

The property is similar to the pictures. The water at the dock and in the area is not as pictured. It is ok to swim in, but it is not the clean clear spring water pictured. The pictures show 4 actual beds, but when we arrived there were only 3 beds. I called and emailed the owner about this, but didn't receive any response until the next morning. We made due, but would have planned differently if we had known there were only 3 beds. The area was a mixed bag, the house next door is very run down. The house is just a few miles from Weeki Wachee and that was great. There are some close restaurants, but to us were not very walkable - as the roadway did not have sidewalks, and the 2 lane traffic was pretty fast in that area. The kayaks and other equipment were in good condition and we ventured out on the water. We did enjoy our stay

I loved this place! My daughter and husband caught blue crabs in the crab traps!

We had a wonderful time spent together as a family. Cozy home and we had a lovely, peaceful time. We go every year to Weeki Wachee for my son’s birthday. Great time and great memories ❤️
