The perfect little weekend getaway house for our trip! The house was comfortable and gave us plenty of room. The location was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We even watched a manatee and her calf swim by on the dock! Check in and check out process was easy and our host was very helpful explaining the area. We will be back again!

Loved our stay and Kevin was very accommodating! Its got the old FL feel and a wonderful screened in porch to make great memories on. Our beagles loved the yard and the chance to jump in the water. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room inside on those rainy days.

We enjoyed our stay. Kevin was awesome, quick to reply and had awesome suggestions for local restaurants. The house was nice and my family enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards.

Kevin was by far the BEST host we have ever experienced when traveling. Not to mention how knowledgeable he is of the area. Anything you may ask he has an answer to even navigating the waterways.The house is Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with all the amenities. Your a short drive or paddle from wherever you want to go. Next time we will definately bring a fishing pole. There were so many fish around the dock. We will be back. Thanks again Kevin

Yes, we had everything we needed. The two living areas were perfect for adults and the kids. Owner made several contacts to be sure everything was okay

Kevin was very informative letting us know about spots to check out in the area. The location and the home were nice and we loved being right along the river. It was very relaxing to sit out there and just take in the sounds of nature and enjoy the sun and warm weather.

Great Family Getaway Location

The canal front property is great! It's conveniently located to the river and state park. We were able to launch the kayaks from the property's own boat ramp. We had everything we needed for a fun family getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay

Our stay was great love the place and also easy to use kayaks and or JetSki . The host always answers us when contacted and also the kids love watching the manatees in the canal. We will stay again this year

Family Fun

We rented the house for my boyfriend's mom's 50th birthday and we absolutely loved it. The house was cozy and the scenery was beautiful. Everything was great!

Magical place

Great spot on the river with everything one could need. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be back. Host is very attentive and the home is clean and well appointed. Abundant wild life made for the best paddling ever.
