Completely Remodeled in 2015! Unit 134 is a renovated, redesigned and beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor, ocean view condo. Magnificent sunrises and sunsets may be enjoyed from this East/West facing unit. Steps away the heated pool and beautiful Crescent Beach await. A bright, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and tons of cabinet space. The living area is comfortably and tastefully furnished, also, has a sleeper sofa. Master suite has a king bed, TV and an expanded bath with double vanity and a walk-in, travertine tiled shower with bench and grab bar. The cozy guest room has 2 comfy twin beds and its adjoining guest bath has a large walk-in shower. Unit has porcelain plank tile throughout, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, DVD, and free WiFi. Non-smokers only please and pets are prohibited. Come, relax and make this special home away from home your vacation destination! At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful, comfortable unit with a great view of the ocean. I am very allergic to feathers, and am so very glad I took my own bed pillows! Even removing the pillows, I was still itching and sneezing and ended up washing the sheets the next morning! Even though it says no pets, I feel very sure either the owner, or some guest, had a cat in the unit also another bad allergen for me!! We had a great time but something kept me stirred up and itchy! Also, there was some hair on the bathroom floor that hadn’t been swept up!
