Located in the heart of Rosemary! Jump Right In and enjoy this beautifully renovated house just blocks from the ocean, shopping, and restaurants. Situated on a beautiful boardwalk, the front door is steps away from East Long Green Park which provides ample space to play sports, entertain kids, or stroll the amazing Rosemary Beach farmers market. The house has an expansive first floor courtyard and three second floor balconies.
Jump Right In sleeps up to 12 guests and is unique as it offers two living rooms, one on each floor.
First floor Bedrooms:
·En-suite bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom with double vanity sink, walk in shower, walk in closet, new frame TV, and access to the first floor courtyard patio.
Second Floor Bedrooms:
·Ensuite Bedroom #1 has a King bed, private bathroom with a large walk in shower and double vanity sinks, walk in closet, new frame TV, and access to a large second floor balcony.
·EnSuite Bedroom #2 has a King bed, private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, TV, and walk in closet. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony offering views of East Long Green Park.
·New bunk room with two sets of twin over twin beds (sleeps 4) with a TV. This bedroom has access to a balcony offering views of East Long Green Park.
·New beautifully designed hallway twin over twin bunk bed space (sleeps 2), located in close proximity to Bedroom #1.
Parking pad available for two vehicles.
House is stocked with kids books and toys to help entertain your little ones during your stay. If you want to head out of town and explore the rest of 30a, take the four complimentary bikes that we provide with the house rental. In addition the house comes with complimentary access to Rosemary Beach Fitness and Racquet Club, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.
