Property includes dedicated Rosemary Beach® community Beach Access via 9 Private Beach Walkovers. Beach chair service available for an additional cost through RBPOA Beach Service. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

Situated fronting the tennis courts on one of the main boardwalks that leads to one of Rosemary Beach's four pools, Eastern Green and beach, location is ideal. A beautiful private brick courtyard and lawn with ample space for both the main and carriage houses to enjoy, not often found in Rosemary Beach. A wonderful built in seating area with fire pit is located at one end of lawn. Entering the the main house from the courtyard you find a sun room style kitchen and dining room, enhanced by charming ten foot heart pine doors that let outdoor beauty shine in. A brick wall, concrete floors, granite counter tops, high-end stainless appliances, all combine to complete the charming yet modern feel to the room. The open flow from the dining area leads to the living room, flooded with natural light. There is a natural gas fireplace with a recessed television space to keep things streamlined and uncluttered. Tucked behind this is an office nook and room for all things electronic. At the opposite end of the living room is a first floor bedroom and renovated bathroom.

Upstairs on the second floor is located a guest bedroom with king and renovated bathroom, including a tiled shower/tub. Also on the second floor is a true master suite that opens to a large balcony. The master bath is all new with large walk-in shower, dual shower heads, built in bench seat, standing glass panel. A walk-in closet completes the bath suite.

Ascending the spiral staircase to the third floor you find a haven for kids. There are four twin beds in the center area, a large bathroom with brightly colored glass tiles and a huge shower at one end.

Great location

Great house and location. Was a great set up for two families who each had two children. A short bike ride to the beach (just a few blocks) and to the center of town (shops and restaurants). The house overlooks the tennis courts which is why we booked it. However, we the tennis courts closed due to Covid 19 when we arrived so we were not able to use them.

This was our 8th time in Rosemary Beach (first time in this house). As expected, we loved the location of the house - very close to indoor pool and the gym and still easy to get to the beach within two minutes by bike. We had a great time per usual. The house itself had a few aspects we didn't like: - the dishwasher was broken and was not fixed within the 12 days of our stay. The management company sent a cleaning crew to wash the dishes once a day. Not ideal but they did great work so we were happy in the end. - the climate control/ zoning was poor. Ground floor and 2nd floor master bedroom were linked. So either downstairs was freezing or upstairs was too warm. Same applied to the kids' bedroom and 'media room' - media room alway s too hot. - the house was not cleaned well (even after us pinging the rental company). It was just dusty in places that a normal dusting should have covered. Also, the baseboards, stairs, silicone in the bathrooms etc. was aged in a few spots which made the place appear outdated/ ready for a minor makeover. At this pricepoint this could be expected to be done. - Outdoor area: The outdoor seating area where the dining table is located is not paved and covered with pinestraw. This did not make it inviting for mealtime. Also, someone appeared to have cut their hair in the area outside, and hair was spread across the area. Other places we stayed in have either more privacy or nicer front porches to sit - which is purely personal preference.

A Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family reunion. Comfortable furnishings, easy access to many activities and a great location. We loved our time there.

We had an amazing stay!

The four little boys on our trip loved watching tennis matches as we packed up for the beach each day. They also loved their “hideout” on the top floor. It was a short and straight shot to the beach with a bike ride each day! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone with small children!

Very Disappointed

This house is not your typical Rosemary Beach property. The house has potential but it is in desperate need of a facelift. The patio was dirty, flower pots were full of dead plants, fire pit was crumbling apart, doors didn't shut all the way, closet doors were coming off the tracks, and the bathroom faucet was broken off and leaked. If you are not an early riser, this is not the house for you. Tennis matches start early and can get very loud.
