Nice place

Cutie apartment, easy walking distance to Broadway. Other than fighting with the coffee maker, our time there was a very good experience.

Quick Trip

Had stayed in a different unit last year with the same owners. Communication is excellent. Property very nice and great location. Parking is a bonus.

Nashville prime location with parking

Convenient and Affordable

This rental was perfect for my wife and I, especially since we wanted to be close to Broadway, which is about a half mile away. The hosts were very communicative and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions. They also went the extra mile with thoughtful amenities like snacks, toiletries, earplugs, and more. We chose to walk to Broadway, which was easy for us since we're fairly fit. However, it's worth noting that the return trip is mostly uphill, so it might be challenging for those with mobility issues. We noticed that younger visitors often used electric scooters to get back at night, and of course, there's always the option to grab an Uber if you prefer not to walk or scooter. One thing to mention is that there's a fire station across the street, so you might hear sirens occasionally, but we didn’t find it bothersome at all. The neighborhood appears to be an up-and-coming area, with a couple of blocks currently undergoing redevelopment. Nonetheless, there are a few cool bars, restaurants, and coffee shops just a short walk away. Lastly, do your partying in town. The full-time residents of this building won't put up with noisy renters, and nor should they.

Nashville visit

The property was conveniently located and nicely stocked for all guest needs. The property managers did an excellent job communicating with us and I would definitely recommend friends/family.

Nashville VRBO

We had a great stay. I was nervous about Nashville because I have very unfamiliar and everywhere I looked was charging so much for parking. This VRBO had gated parking included in the price. You have to pay to park everywhere in Nashville and it is expensive so don't take this lightly. The VRBO was great too. If you forgot something, it is there. We stayed in a lot because of the weather (heat vs. rain) and it was very nice. We will be using this company again!

The check in process was easy and smooth there a couple of promblems nothing major,we found ants in the bathroom and we could not get the dryer to work overall it was a nice place.We were close to major attractions downtown and the condo was pretty nice,i would stay here again.

Cute little condo near downtown

This was a cute little condo within walking distance of downtown. Great location, safe parking and clean. You do need to be able to climb stairs. And there is a fan in the closet that will drown out the street noise. Would stay here again.

Great location for CMA fest!

Stayed the week for CMA fest. Easy walking to all the events and nearby coffee shops. Lyfts knew exactly where to go as well. Place is really clean and has every toiletry one could possibly imagine.

Great location and Gated Parking included

We were at this VRBO for my Dad’s 80’th birthday celebration. The location was definitely walkable to Broadway, which we only went to once, but it was also perfect for morning walks to the bridge and a short couple blocks to The Listening Room (our FAVORITE activity from the whole trip). It would have been nice to have more than one bathroom with 4 adults, but we knew what we were getting in to from the beginning. The gated parking was a definite plus!

Great place, perfect location

We had a lot of fun here. All was in order and then some. Good directions made everything easy. We would stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Great place to stay in downtown Nashville

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place! Wonderful location, less than a mile walk to Broadway, well lit parking for peace of mind. Traffic can be a little loud in the morning so don't expect to sleep in unless you're wearing ear plugs which by the way, they have for you along with a ton of other convenient items just in case! JeTy does a fantastic job communicating with you all the way from beginning to end so you know what to expect, and they respond quickly if needed. All in all we were totally satisfied with our choice to stay here and definitely would again.

Weekend getaway

We came to Nashville to celebrate a birthday. This unit was exactly what we needed for the 5 of us. Plenty of space, great location and proximity to Broadway and the airport. The unit was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the toiletries, coffee and champagne. The owner, Jessica, was very responsive to my questions and communication was clear. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo - Excellent Location

Very nice clean condo a short distance from Broadway. Great hosts with excellent communications and super easy check in process. We would definitely recommend the property to our friends and stay there again! Great time and a great place to stay!!

Short Nashville trip

Perfect!

Brought my girls for college campus tours and wanted a fun place to stay downtown. This was perfect and loved being able to walk and not deal with parking. We loved this spot and would definitely recommend!

Family of 5

Was in town for sons baseball tournament. Everything was as expected. Pleasantly surprised at the stocking of coffee and toiletries to use as needed. Gated parking was a plus.

East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Eight trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each.
Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach.
Amazing private cabin in the mountains.
We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation.

We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie!
