This was the perfect place to stay for a girls weekend away. Loved the country theme and enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning. It’s a solid 15ish minutes to walk to Broadway but we chose uber most times.

We had a great stay! Ubers were very cheap from broadway and all over! There wasn’t any shower soaps so make sure you bring them! The only other thing is the Bluetooth speaker there didn’t work, but we were able to login to Spotify in the tv!

We’re sorry this guest was disappointed. When these concerns were brought to our attention, we immediately offered to have our cleaning team return to inspect and address any issues, but that offer was declined twice. The guest completed the full reservation, and we have since reviewed our cleaning procedures to help prevent any similar complaints. Previous good reviews prove that this is not standard for my condo. We remain committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Excellent apartment. Close to Germantown and about a mile or so from downtown. Would recommend an uber back if out in downtown after dark, some isolated, dark areas you have to walk through. Gym needs repair, but otherwise a wonderful place. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful trip

Fantastic property! Couldn’t have picked a better place! Host was always so quick to respond. My husband, daughter and I were in Nashville for a concert, stayed three nights, could’ve stayed much longer! The condo is perfectly located, a very short drive to Broadway, in a quiet part of town, right on the river. Completely covered and cool parking, never trouble finding a place, super easy to get to the condo and to get in. The balcony was wonderful to take pictures, beautiful scenery and the Riverboat always coming and going. Condo provided every single thing we needed. We didn’t do any cooking, but everything you would need is available. Very clean, clean bedding and towels. Loved it so much! Will definitely stay next time we come! Couldn’t say enough great things about Nashville too! So much fun! Megan Moroney Cloud 9 concert was fantastic at Bridgestone, and The Grand Ol Opry topped it all off!

We brought our kids for Monster Jam and found this gem of a place. It was perfect for us and our three boys. Cozy and clean. Perfect location. Nice view. 10/10 recommend. It would be super cute for a small bachelorette trip as well!!

Great location and a really fun place to stay! We walked everywhere (close to Broadway, museums, etc), and loved returning in the evenings to end the day. Access to the pool was a bonus for our teenager. Highly recommend!!

Tracey was great to work with! I had to book last minute, and she was very accessible, answered my many questions!The condo was very clean and has an amazing view of the river.The layout of the apt was perfect! So nice that the bedroom was its own space, as we were able to have guests for dinner without everything being in the bedroom:-).

Stayed here for a ladies weekend and it was great! Condo was clean and decorated for cure photo ops. Location was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway and a quick and cheap Uber ride. Host was very communicative and friendly.
