Perfect location in walking distance to Broadway. Free gated parking was so nice for security. Unit was clean and well taken care of for the most part. It was on the main road so street traffic was pretty loud especially with the fire department right across the way but for a short stay it was perfect.

This is a cute and quiet place to stay. It’s small but also was all we needed for our stay in Nashville. We used Lyft to travel to Broadway and to the Ryman. Lyft always picked us up on Lea Avenue. We used the taxi services on the way back which costs 20. The bed was comfortable. Communication with Jessica and Tyler was amazing! All the information we received was on point! Easy check in and check out. Parking was excellent!! Thank you for hosting our stay!

Awesome location. Easily walked to Broadway. Very clean, check-in was a breeze. Parking was included, a major bonus! Highly recommend if you want something close enough to walk without all the downtown noise.

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we would live ourselves. They are not in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience. East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests. Eight trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each. Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach. Amazing private cabin in the mountains. We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation. We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of a little girl.
