Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and location. We do, however, want to clarify one important point for future guests. We have no record of being notified in April, or prior to your stay, that the ice maker was not working. Unfortunately, we were also not made aware of the issue during your stay and only learned of your dissatisfaction through this review. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly addressed the problem and done everything possible to make your stay more enjoyable. We certainly respect every guest’s right to share their experience, but it is disappointing to receive such a negative review without first being given an opportunity to correct the concerns. We take guest satisfaction seriously and always encourage our guests to contact us during their stay if something is not right so that we have the opportunity to make it right.

We have all four units in that building and we have blocked out the month of November to extend and completely redo all balconies upstairs and downstairs November 1. We are glad you enjoyed our condo thanks come again
