Since It Was A Beachfront We Booked Apartment Is Outdated , Kitchen Floor Needs Fixed ,No Hot Water In Shower , Dryer Is Joke , Deck Is Not Level , Need Better Front Door @ Lock Other Than That Weather Was Perfect Would I Rent Again ( NO ) Also Has Bugs In Apartment Needs Exterminating

Perfect setting

The location of this property is perfect for those who want beachfront ambiance. The condo is older and need of some repair. The furniture and bed were comfortable. We were appreciative of the beach chair and umbrella.

Great Stay with Chihuahuas

The apartment was perfect and right on the beach. I called in beach in/beach out. It was a very short walk to the beach and easy to rent a chair. The owner answered the two times we called and was extremely nice and professional.

Location, Location, Location!!

From the time we stepped into the condo we couldn’t believe we had the perfect place to stay for our vacation. The condo was just what me, my husband and Yorkie needed. It had The most amazing view from our deck and directly on the beach. The bedroom, the bathroom, the living room and kitchen was perfect for us. I would recommend anyone stay here if they want a nice, clean condo on the beach!

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deck with beach view is awesome. I love that dogs are allowed. The unit was spacious enough for 3 of us to stay. Plenty of dishes and stuff in the kitchen. Plenty of stores nearby. The pools were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we were seeking. Quiet, comfortable, and wonderfully pet friendly. Owners were extremely helpful with a minor issue that was out of their control. Beachfront and perfect weather. HIGHLY recommend this site and its owners.

So much potential!

Our stay at this pet friendly property was sufficient. The condo has a ton of potential, but quite a bit is dated and/or in need of repair, as many other reviews have stated. If you want somewhere "fancy" (which we didn't), this won't be for you. If you only want to be on the beach and have somewhere to eat, shower and sleep, then you've got it here!! The owners are very nice and responsive!! I hope they have the opportunity to invest more into this property in the near future- especially to repair the soft spots in the floor and the back deck. I also think the cleaning person could do a better job.

Great vacation

Very nice for a couple . Used a blow up mattress for my daughter so did not try out the sofa bed Awesome view of the gulf from the balcony. Located next to a beachside food joint with very good food that is reasonably priced. Very comfortable king bed. Comfortable sofa with a nice large tv in living room. Pet friendly. Nice jacuzzi tub. Very close to Winn Dixie and target.The owner immediately responded to me when I had a question.

Location was great.

Location great! The view amazing; however, the condo is rough. Broken shower head, stained mattress, missing blinds, deck boards loose, deck chairs also torn. It could use some TLC. Check in was also awkward, the guard house didn't have us registered, said the owners often forget to alert them so we spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out.

Amazing Views

Our stay was spectacular! To be able to watch dolphins from the balcony is incredible all by itself. The view cannot be bought. The condos are older and you can tell they picked the best of the best. Location to all the convenient stores. The bed is super comfy. To be able to bring our dogs was icing on the cake. The condo was nicely maintained. They had just painted the stairs. The owners were great! We extended our vacation. After coming to Destin for the last 30 years we have found our permanent place for visits.

The view & location were awesome! Did have a issue with the shower head. It fell off the end of the water metal tubing. Notified owner & she called me back promptly. The plumber did not show up before I had to leave to travel home. Was difficult to shower with the water coming out of the metal tubing. I was concerned about the mold around the shower & windows. Bed was wonderful, unit had everything needed for my stay....loved the location. Will try for this unit again for my next visit to Destin. Thank you!!!

Excellent ocean view getaway!

This condo has a lot to offer. It is probably about the best view of the ocean you can have. The sofa and bed are very comfortable. I was relieved to see the fan over the bed. I sleep with a floor fan, which I left at home. I was afraid I was going to have to go to Wal-Mart there and buy one. Thank goodness that was supplied by the owners. I love the decor. The oil paintings, fish, and parrots are all so precious. The only complaints were that some of the lights had burned out bulbs. I did not really have sufficient lighting to read at night unless I sat at the bar in the kitchen. There was also some construction work going on at one of the joining units that caused noise, which is only temporary, but I happened to be one of the guests during that time. The maid service could do a better job with cleaning the condo. I was going for the view and location though, and it met my expectations, so I was overall happy with my stay and plan to return in the future.

Great place to sleep

We never recieved email with code for door. Had to contact owner. Toilet had issues flapper and I internal parts need replaced. Bar stools untrustworthy. Deck popping up bad and jammed toe. Deck furniture made of PVC tubing fell apart and had to fix to use. Couch like ski slope unusable almost. Washer and dryer outside front door in wooden boxes. King bed was awesome though. Decor was great. Location is great. Just expected more for what we paid.

I chose to own a rental property in this area due to the fact that my whole family owns property here and it is centrally located for anything I can imagine. It is directly on the beach and in a gated community with several pools, tennis courts, golf course and restaurants.
