Unit 2131: Beautiful one bedroom, one bath that sleeps 4 with a king bed and has a sofa sleeper in the living room. Located directly on the beach with gorgeous views. Sandpiper Cove , a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

Amazing views

The view of the beach was exactly what I was looking for. 5 star view. The condo wad adequate for my needs. I was more interested in having spectacular mornings and evenings at the beach and I was was more than satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely go back.

Great closeness to beach

Balcony and view best part of the place. ( Had to clean the sliding door windows to be able to view the beach). Comfortable couch and recliner. Love that it was pet friendly. Very nice restaurant and pools in the complex

Perfect little spot!

Condo had everything we needed, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids. The pool with the hot tubs across the street was perfect for unwinding after being on the beach all day.

Perfect spot for our family

There is a Winn Dixie and a Walgreens less than 5 minutes away. We were there about every day. We love that this condo is right on the beach. The view was gorgeous. Perfect for our family of 4!

Simply wonderful

The apartment is steps from the beach, as advertised, and all we could have hoped for. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay and thank the hosts for their excellent communication to ensure we had the best trip ever! Can't wait to return to Destin!

Destin getaway

This property came up as a last minute cancellation and we were scrambling to chance our current reservation due to weather. The owner was fantastic! She really worked with us to make the most of our anniversary trip. She even helped us find a rental car! 10/10

Winter retreat

This was a short winter getaway with the incoming inclement weather we decided to head south. The location and accessibility was perfect. The owners were VERY responsive. Overall we enjoyed our time in the rental and will book again.

Beautiful Views

A very panoramic veiw of the ocean, perfect for dolphin watching! Owners were extremely friendly and easy to work with. We received our codes promptly in an email. Definitely will always choose these owners for our stays Destin is a paradise and if you travel about 10 miles there's a nice dog park where they can swim in the Bay

Summer 23

You cannot get a better view than that! I brought my son and my mom down for my sons graduation trip. He’s never been to Destin! He fell in love. The property could use some updating but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. We love sitting on the deck listening to the waves every morning!

Overall good with small disappointments

Balcony view of the beach. That was nice. A little more of a walk to the beach then I was expecting. Pools and hot tub across the street. Those were my only disappointment all else was good and I loved the vacation.

Very nice views and neighborhood!

Really not a lot of complaints, the views were amazing, neighborhood had everything you could need, and the locals were really nice. Sometimes communication between the host took awhile but they always responded. One of the sheets were dirty upon arrival and and their pots and pans were borderline unusable due to being too dirty or rusted but other than that it was an amazing place to stay for a nice beach view!

Paradise with our dog

Our condo had the best views, only yards away from the crashing waves. I like that it is only a two story building, although loading and unloading was a workout as there are 3 staircases to navigate. We stayed on the second level. They allowed pets which was a big bonus. The unit was clean, but definitely could use an overall paint job along with the end tables in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen could use some love. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Great location close to good restaurants and a dog park. We would stay there again.

Unit was a little run down. Railing on porch was falling apart.windows in bedroom was about to fall out.had a great view of the beach.great location. We have stayed in several different units over the past 5 or 6 years this one was probably the most in need of repairs.

Making Memories with Grandson

This condo is in need of a deep cleaning and several repairs need to be made. However, it is in a great location if you don't mind walking across the street to the swimming pools. We did communicate these repair needs with the owner so hopefully, he will make them and it can be a wonderful place. He was very polite.

I'm kinda freaked out by ALL the extra fees...I guess it is what it is, but nearly Thirteen hundred for 3 short nights is high for this property. Cannot get in till 4pm on day 1, out at 10am is pretty tough too if ya ask me. Not a super clean place, and dont expect much in the way of kitchen "amenities", but this unit has a nice beach side view, and the bed was comfortable.
