Beautiful one level cottage with kitchen, family room, bedroom and bath. Private back yard with grill and seating

Private neighborhood beach, Clamming, kayaking around the Thimble Islands, explore the Ct River, the casinos are an hour drive, Outlet shopping 1/2 hour drive. New Haven is approximately 12 minutes drive which offers theaters, museums, galleries, bars, restaurants, cultural events, seasonal events and so much more. The casinos are just a 50 minute ride to the North.

Just a few miles from the train to New York. Centrally located to fun or relaxation. Take your pick.

Ennis Cottage is cozy and in a wonderful location! Access to the private beach and the backyard provided needed peace and quiet during a busy week. I will definitely stay here again for future trips to Branford.

Great location, wonderful host

The area is really great with so many fun things to do. It’s right across the street from a nice cozy beach. The host was super responsive and even mailed us an item we left at the cottage.

My husband and I had an amazing time. This cottage was perfect for us & our dog. Trish was very responsive, the cottage is clean, the neighborhood is safe & beautiful. The beach is located right across the street & the backyard offers privacy. We will be staying here again.

Very cute little cottage. Being an older couple the bed was a little hard to maneuver, but we managed. Over all we had a nice time.

Amazing Ocean Destination

Steve is Amazing, proactive, thoughtful, thorough, and provided an awesome consumer experience! His place is perfection. Beautiful semi-private beach, incredible walkable neighborhood, exactly what we were hoping for!!!

Absolutely adorable small cottage perfect for me. I had a friend from out of town come for a dew days along with my pooch and still had plenty of room. Just a lovely time to turn off and enjoy the perfect beach and water. Patricia was a delight to deal with!

Simple no fuss stay

Wonderful communication and accommodation from our host. She gave us easy to navigate directions and great restaurant recs. If you have mobility issues, this property may not be the right choice. The bathroom/bedroom area is super small so maneuvering can be a

Mini vaca in Branford cottage

Really enjoyed walking my dog among the many residential seaside streets. Although the private beach doesn’t allow dogs, Ennis Cottage has a fenced in private yard so my puppy got some off- leash playtime. The space is as pictured plus the queen sofa opens to as bed. There is excellent cell service& nice restaurants in walking distance

Relaxing & Convenient Place to Spend the Week

This was a very nice property for a couple or a small family. It was located near the best restaurants with convenience to all the CT shoreline has to offer. It was a great place to walk with the water being right across the street. It was a pleasant and relaxing place to spend a week!

Great Cottage

Quiet location within walking distance to private beach. Short distance to restaurants and other activities. Nicely furnished and responsive hosts. Stayed here previously and will stay again.

Week at the beach!

We had a lovely time! The beach was about a 2 minute walk away which was fabulous! Sadly there were a lot of jelly fish so no swimming this time! Trish was very communicative and when we had an issue with WiFi she worked quickly to address it. Bed was a bit small (full) and in an alcove so only one way in and out. Very tiny bathroom but served it’s purpose. Our dog loved the cottage! She could see out the window and enjoyed the AC. They were very accommodating to pets which we so appreciated! Hope to be back again maybe in the fall!

Great Stay

Great small cottage. Very comfortable and everything came as advertised. Nice yard and neighborhood for our dog. Would enjoy staying again.

Relaxation at its best

Loved my week at Ennis Cottage. The beach is only steps away so I spent the majority of my time there. The house itself is tiny but perfect for 1-2 people. Had everything I needed and the owner was responsive when I had a minor issue. Bedroom and bathroom are very tiny but again not much more that you need for a short stay. Would love to go back!

Great weekend getaway

We had a great stay. The property is very clean and located right by the beach with easy parking. Overall, the property is exactly as described on the website and the images are very accurate. We were a little surprised by how small the bedroom was but it did not impact our stay. We would stay again!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Super cute cottage for 2 people nicely decorated with everything you need directly across from the beach! Beautiful beach; water is very clean and great for swimming and boating. Would definately do it again.
