We had an excellent time. We loved the house. My only suggestion would be, that the owners provide higher quality bedding, ( more high quality blankets or comforters ) along with some type of blackout blinds or blinds that eliminate the light.. it was very hard to sleep in, while on vacation, with the morning sunlight in the bedrooms. For the price point that we paid, we all felt like those would be easy adjustments. Thank you

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay! The home was clean, modern and very spacious for our large group. The location was great and the private beach access was lovely!The only downside was the lack of supplies provided. They really should be providing more ‘supplies’ especially for the price. We pretty much had to buy everything (including more toilet paper) as they only provide one roll in each bathroom. Along with more toilet paper, they should have provided more paper towels, a larger dish soap container (we barely got any dish soap from them and had to buy more), dishwasher pods, more trash bags (it only came with a few as a backup so we had to buy more of those too), etc. Also, there was no can opener or kitchen scissors so that was frustrating.For the price of this unit, more backup supplies should be available.But overall, it was a beautiful place and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house with lots of room. Everything was in good repair. (The elevator lockout needs some attention on the second floor. It is possible to close the door and that the elevator will not move locking you in.) Be prepared to bring all necessities with you. there is barely one day of necessities on the property when you arrive. Overall very nice, but a little expensive

Beautiful, well-appointed home! It has a great two-driveway parking lot and is easy to spot on the strip. The kitchen appliances are great and the essentials are well stocked. The bedroom and bathroom selection is great including a large kids room with double 3-bed bunk beds. The private pool and walkway along with, what is essentially, a private beach spot is very worth it.

Put “The Bucket List” on your wishlist. It was a fabulous place to stay for multigenerational family vacation! There is nothing else to want for at this absolutely gorgeous home. Pictures do not do it any justice. They even have a garbage service who takes trash to and from the road. We will definitely be back!

The home itself is beautiful and offers a great layout and the beach access is private and enjoyable. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not match what was advertised and was disappointing, especially as Harris Vacations did not have sympathy for most of the issues.During our 9-night stay, the hot tub was only properly heated for 3 nights. Both the pool and hot tub were dirty upon arrival and despite daily communication, it took until day 7 for the issues to be fully resolved. While the management team responded with kind messages, they were reactive rather than proactive and did not ensure the amenities were clean, heated, and ready for use—features that were a major reason we chose this property.There was also heavy construction immediately to the left and in front of the home, which was not disclosed and significantly impacted the atmosphere. The listing presents that area as open and scenic.Additionally, the HVAC unit is mounted directly against the bunk room wall, causing loud noise and noticeable vibration. This made the room unusable for the adults staying there, so had to sleep on the floor in another bedroom.We selected this home for a family gathering specifically because of the heated pool, hot tub, beachfront location, and bedroom accommodations. Unfortunately, these key features were compromised for our stay, which significantly affected our experience. HarrisVacations lack of oversight & transparency made our stay fall short of advertised expectations
