Along with the location close to downtown Tampa, St Pete and Clearwater as well as the Gulf beaches and Bay (Weedon Island is 1 mile away and awesome place to kayak in the mangroves. Exterior features for this home include a fenced back yard, large patio and gas grill. Additionally, there are several restaurants, bars, and plenty shopping in walking distance.

A good spot if you just need a place to sleep in.

This VRBO is a great option if you are just needing somewhere to crash while in town. It had quite a few things that needed to be fixed (towel rod out of the wall, doors that were falling apart, duct taped shower nozzle) and there were several large roaches and spiders that we saw during our short 3 night stay. However, it does the trick if you are just needing a place to stay overnight.

Versatile House in Great Location

We had to relocate our family of SEVEN to another house near our schools while renovations were being made. This house met all of our space/sleeping/location requirements whilst still being affordable. The neighborhood is SUPER quiet, which surprised me- it being so close to 4th Street and all the restaurants there (so many within walking distance). And there's a Java plum tree in the backyard, which was pretty cool. One of my daughters is a big-time tree climber, and she loved the rubber tree in the backyard as well. Quiet neighborhood, with great location, and you can't beat the price. The owner, BJ, was very quick to communicate, and also to respond to any issue we had. Seriously, great communication- I really appreciate that as I've has very different experiences with owners in the past.

Thanksgiving in Florida

Location was very ‘walkable’. We walked grandkids and there was not a lot of traffic. Split bedroom setup was good. House is older. Did have a problem with small ants and with small children, didn’t particularly care for that. Floors seemed to stay dirty so we were swiffering everyday, due to amall children on the floor. Size was good for us. We enjoyed having the fenced backyard.

Lacking Maintenance and Cleanliness

We went to this location for a couples weekend. Our experience was not good. We witnessed a drug deal next door. The bedding, sheets and pillows were all dirty and we had to buy new linens. There was food left in the freezer. The toilet in the master backed up each time we used it and flooded the porch we were sitting on which was disgusting. The AC unit in the master was very loud and cycled all night long so i couldn't sleep. The bathroom had hard and there was a comb left. Both bathrooms were rusted and not clean. The water in the master bathroom sink barely came out so i could not really wash my face.. There doors were not flush, which led to critters getting in. There were ants and lizards just to name a few inside the home.

Great place to stay !!!

We enjoyed our stay the house is well stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable... it was clean... easy to find.the back yard is so nice! patio furniture was nice the hammock was enjoyed by all ..the owner was amazing very easy to work with went out of his way to be helpful kind and friendly just a super guy... even allowed us to check in early... we will definitely go back there and if we stay other places in fla we will seek to find his properties again.. wonderful time had by all..
