This property is as advertised. It is located in safe quiet neighborhood. The property is a short drive to downtown St Petersburg, the beaches, Clearwater and Tampa. I would stay there again.

Beautiful home inside and out, loved that it was pet friendly and the kids enjoyed having a pool they could use at anytime. Excellent location and close to many beaches.

The house was absolutely perfect for what we had planned for the week! Loved the layout and backyard. Bathrooms were very nice and we slept great.

Overall, the house was great and in good condition. One small complaint is there are no towels in the kitchen. We got in late due to delayed flight issues and I have a small child. We were unable to dry bottles due to no hand towels so I had to use a bathroom towel. They only have enough towels for up to 6 people.

A great place to stay!

We loved our stay here for a girls trip to St. Pete! Everything was super clean and fresh when we arrived, and if anything came up the property manager was very attentive! Would stay here again.

Property was clean and has a ton of amenities. Property manager was quick to reply and let us check in early. Close to beaches and lots of restaurants. Pool area was nice and screened in which was a plus.

Decent stay

House was cute and mostly clean. Beds were incredibly firm, which wasn’t for us. Pool was nice, y heated but perfect size for floating. Didn’t seem the sheets were washed prior to our arrival (stains and hairs all over fitted sheets), but we were able to wash in the washer and they were fine. Overall good stay for the price.

Good Location

House was perfect for our family of four. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to so many beaches, Gulf Blvd, Fort DeSoto, etc. Pool was not heated and there was not a high chair, travel crib, playground or games as listed. However, those are minor details. Happy with our stay at this house!

I don’t even know where to start! This was our first VRBO that we have ever used and I have to say, this property set the bar high. Among many things that made this place memorable was how incredibly clean it was. TV’s in each of the 3 rooms, very comfortable beds and linens. 2 full baths, amazing. Use of washer and dryer, and of course the pool. I would kill for that fridge! Nice quiet neighborhood (until my grandchildren showed up anyway). All in all it was an amazing experience and we would like to come back.

Wedding in Seminole

Clean well kept property. Master bath paint worn. Any issues reported to owner were minor. DO NOT impact stay.Heat in June and lack of places to walk beyond owners control unless they wanted to add a treadmill.

I never received any check-in instructions and had to dig for the actual house address and call in late in the evening, upon arriving, to get the door code. The house and yard are well-kept, neat, and comfortable. We were in FL for work and didn't spend a ton of time at the house. The one thing I think ALL rentals should have is mirrors in bedrooms, this one included. I never understand why they don't. There were only two towels in the guest bathroom, which is not enough for more than one person staying in the house. Otherwise, everything was fine. I question all the fees attached to renting and think they were definitely excessive.
