The lower level features a home theater room with an 82' TV with surround sound and four leather reclining love seats. Plus a bar with four chairs behind the couches give you a theater setting. The main floor has an open floorplan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room together for more convenience. You can prepare delicious and memorable meals in the fully-equipped kitchen while the rest of the group unwinds in the inviting living area as the fireplace warms up the place. This mountain paradise also offers its guests a pool table on the third floor and access to an on-site community pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
