We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. Booking was easy, check in was efficient with clear instructions. No issues parking. The apartment was very clean and well suited for our family of three. The location is close to St. George St and many places to eat nearby. This is the second time we have stayed at this VRBO apartment and we will probably book again. Thanks for being such great hosts.

We have stayed at this darling apartment complex three times in three different units. They are perfectly located just an 8-10 minute walk from Flagler College and the downtown attractions, and if you choose to check out the beaches, Vilano Beach is less than 10 minutes away by car. Two parking spaces come with the two-bedroom apartments, which is worth its weight in gold in downtown St. Augustine. The units are very well-appointed and comfortable, and the complex, itself is very charming. We love staying here!

This was an awesome place to stay . Lovely well cared for grounds and it's location was perfect for walking around the historic district filled with restaurants, shops etc. The neighborhood was safe and the unit was very clean and offered many amenities. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. I can understand why this place is so highly rated.

Everything was wonderful close to everything. Was in walking distance to shops, restaurants. Perfect location apartment was clean and neat. I would definitely stay again when I'm headed back to St Augustine!!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the property. The parking and location are excellent. The owner (Kirsten) communicates very promptly. The kitchen had upgraded appliances and the place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We will definitively stay there on our next visit. 10 out of 10!

Great stay fia quick trip. The location was within easy walking distance of the downtown attractions which made it perfect. For a longer stay the one bathroom for 4 people, two teenagers might be tough but worked fine for is for a shorter trip.

Wonderful stay! Everything exactly as described. Easy to check in. Place is within walking distance of everything in town. We walked all the way to the lighthouse and back. Easy to get to trolley. Beds are comfortable, shower /bathroom clean and well supplied with towels and soap. Checkout also easy. Will stay again!
