This six-bedroom/five and a half-bath luxury home, is approximately 50 steps from sugar-white sand beach and emerald-green water of Pensacola Beach. An unbelievable custom-built home designed by owner Kevin Hubbard, it accommodates up to 19 guests with luxurious amenities including a private gunite swimming pool and a rooftop deck perfect for viewing the beach’s stunning sunrises and sunsets. This house was designed for large family events to make a lifetime of memories.

With spectacular views of the Gulf and Sound, this airy modern home features a large open plan with a living, dining and kitchen area including all-stainless commercial-grade appliances (double oven, ice maker, refrigerator) with bar seating (seats four) and a large dining table (seats nine). Kitchen has both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. This living area is flooded with natural light and opens to a beautiful covered deck.

The master bedroom features a king with a custom bath including a tub and glass-enclosed shower. There is also a “secret” hideaway (under the closet) with a twin, plus a twin over twin bunk, with a full bath across the hall.

The 2nd bedroom has two queens and two twin over twin bunks plus a full bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each feature a king bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a king and private bath. A hallway cubby features a twin over twin bunk. The 6th bedroom features a queen loft with a spiral staircase.

All bathrooms feature stone and granite counter tops and sinks.

With more than 6,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living area and deck space with custom landscaping and outdoor lighting, this is a wonderful venue to entertain family, and perfect for weddings and reunions.

This home includes an elevator ($250 non-refundable security deposit required) which will take you to all three levels. It also includes a washer and dryer, a gas grill, a putting green for plenty of family fun, complimentary WiFi and parking for 10-12 cars (five are covered).

Great home, updated inside and out, very short walk to the beach via quick access path a block from the house. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but close enoigh that it isnt a hassle to get food or shopping.

Perfect getaway for a large group

We loved our stay. The accommodations were perfect for five families with kids, with plenty of beds and space. Just steps to the beach and a comfortable pool made for a relaxing retreat.

Great house

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location. Very easy walk to the beach with concrete sidewalk and wooden bridge over the dunes. The front view is looking at the ponds with fountains, ducks, and turtles. Pool is in the shade all afternoon and perfect for young children. Love that it has four king rooms for all the adult couples. Grands love the bunks upstairs and under the stairs. Very clean and comfortable house. The elevator was very convenient! It would be nice if there was on extra refrigerator downstairs for drinks. All bathroom sinks are high and children need stools to reach them.

Beautiful Beach House for big group

This property was great! 5 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. Bunk beds everywhere. Great use of space. Nice pool and short walk to the beach. View of the beach from sun deck. There were 16 adults in our group Plenty of room.

It would have been nice to have had some beach towels in the property due to the close location to the beach.It also needed window coverings in the bathrooms - you feel very exposed in some of the bathrooms.Biggest draw back - stopping by the hotel beside the rental office after a late flight just to give them a copy of my license. Could have submitted a copy before hand. It added another layer after a long day of travel, and the house had a code to get in.

Family Vacation

The grandchildren had a blast and they loved all of the bunk beds in all of the cubbyholes. The beach was only a two-minute walk so it was easy going back and forth to the house and the beach to replenish supplies or grab lunch. Nice area, nice sidewalks for a morning run. No complaints. The beach was beautiful and big enough to fly kites.

This home was absolutely disgusting. The homeowners do not keep this place up, and I do not recommend it for the money that you pay. The home was not clean. There was sand in the bed. All of the cabinets were sticky and paint was coming off all of the dishes were still wet with crumbs and still dirty. They were barely any dishes, considering the amount of people this home would hold you wouldn’t be able to feed everyone with the amount of forks and pots and pans and plates paradise home host this house and they were wonderful to deal with but renting this house I would not recommend.

This was our first time in the Florida panhandle. This house was great. Loved the close proximity to the beach & the pool & putting green were also enjoyable. Could use a few beach chairs for guests to use at the beach. The Kitchen area where the toaster & coffee maker were kept was a little dirty. Also, there was no cutting board that we could find. We did love the large island & the great amount of counter space. The area where the 2 Kitchen garbage cans are needs a good cleaning. This house location was great & the furniture & beds were comfortable. The awesome use of space for extra sleeping areas was a great touch! Our 82 year old mom greatly appreciated the elevator & it worked perfectly! We had a family wedding at the Pier Event center & the house was only a few miles from there. We hope to come back to this area for a longer stay as we really loved it. We highly recommend this house for any family vacation. We give it a 5 out of 5.

Perfect for a long weekend full of laughs, chaos and good friends

Perfect for a long weekend full of laughs, chaos and good friends. We used every square inch of the property and I love the upgrades, updates and floorplan. Very creative use of space. My only hesitation is that it is not conducive for six adult families. One of the bedrooms accounts for 10 people sleeping in it.

2025 Family Vacation Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our stay, easy access to the beach, away from the crowds. We booked for the 6 bedrooms, but the '6th bedroom' was not really a bedroom, it was a small room on the bottom floor near the parking and a little creepy to stay in so we had to make it work with the other 5 bedrooms, which turned out fine due to all the other built-in bunks available for the kids. The space is great, it does need some upgrades to the furniture, but overall ok for a beach vacation home. The pool and putt-putt kept our grands busy for hours. We would for sure stay again.

Awesome Accommodations

The older crowd were very thankful for the elevator to go up and down in throughout the house. The beach is such a quick walk from the house. The pool was such an added bonus for the kids to entertain themselves with. The only recommendation I have is the need for more towels and blankets. We look forward to renting this place again!

Great Beach House!!

There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widow’s walk (crow’s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Group Vacation

5 Calle Traviesa was a super location for our multi generational family vacation. The walk to the beach was short with easy access. It was extremely helpful to have the elevator in the house to lug luggage, groceries, and people to all levels of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to have some outside covered areas to sit while it rained. The family room area could use new couches ( not in great shape and not comfortable). TVs were in every bedroom but the only ones that worked were the family room and one bedroom (bedroom only got about 5 channels). There were lightbulbs that needed to be replaced( especially downstairs elevator area- was pitch black with outside door and elevator door closed…I should have called and had that that replaced). We appreciated the easy check in ( not having to come by office was terrific). Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and my family would happily stay here again.

Very Large House - Needs a few updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved the house but there were a few things that really need updating, like the living room furniture. The sofas are almost falling apart and the ottomans really need to go. The one bedroom that can only be accessed from outside the house was also strange - we didn't use it at all so I wouldn't keep that as part of the bedroom count. Location was great. Wifi was a challenge, as was television access - there were about 15 remote controls and harldy any of them worked/batteries were dead, etc.We also had trouble with the drains in two of the tubs - called management and they tried to fix it. Nice Property...overall I give it a 4 Stars.

Property in good condition...some light bulbs needed to be replaced and some furniture in living area needs to be replaced or recovered, all beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of dishes, sitting area, towels and kitchen well stock with everything you need. Beautiful home.

Island Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 20 have been coming to this area for the past several years and have not been disappointed. This home had everything it advertised for a large family plus close proximity to the ocean. The property was very clean and the kitchen extremely well supplied with cooking utensils and numerous cooking pans. The extra cubbies were a great sleeping area for our little ones. The pool was a refreshing break in the afternoon and evenings.Paradise Beach Homes is a terrific company to work with. We’ve used them on all of our visit and have been extremely pleased with their service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience for our wedding, reception, and wedding party to stay at. The room setup was a little confusing from looking at pictures but it all worked out with our group. Only "real" issue we encountered was the lights on the palm trees didn't work.

Family get away vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very comfortable and clean! The separate entrance for our two nurses taking care of our special needs child was a plus. We enjoyed meeting the owner who was most helpful in providing the extras that made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this rental again. Had a marvelous stay at this property which was so close to the beautiful beaches Florida is known for. Life is good!
