Ground Floor Beachfront - Steps to the Beach and Pool! Jan/Feb Availability 2026

Enjoy beautiful sunsets on our balcony. You are only steps away from the pool and beachfront. Our unique condominium building has twenty units and a coded gate access to the pool from the front of the building and beachfront.

There are two gas grills permanently installed on a concrete pad at the rear of the property. We also have dining tables adjacent to the grills.

There is a separate pool surrounded with patio furniture. The beautiful landscaping complements the property.

The inside of our unit is completely tiled. The hall bath is wheelchair accessible with a barrier free shower.

The kitchen has been remodeled with Corian countertops and cabinets and new appliances.

The condo has new flat screen TV's in each room and aa 65” tv in the family room. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the second bedroom has been upgraded with full size beds.

Family vacation

Condo was just as described and perfect for our family vacation. It was stocked with everything needed and our kids loved all the beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay here again.

My favorite place so far

We had an AMAZONG time at this condo. We have stayed lots of places in FL but this is my favorite simply because of the location. You cant get any closer to the beach or the pool. It was clean, had everything we needed, GREAT location& Mitch was so helpful & attentive. We WILL be back!

Condo

Property is in an excellent location. The condo is close to the beach and pool. It was extremely convenient for us to be on the ground level as we have young children. The complex is quiet and relaxing as we usually go in the off season which we enjoyed. We have been to this area for the last 3 years and plan to return each year that we can. Mitch was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries.

Beautiful property!

This was an amazing stay at a wonderful condo. I kind of was completely stocked up anything you might need. It was just steps away from the pool and ocean. My family plans to return again next year.

Little slice of Heaven

I cant Say enough good things about Mitch and his condo! The location is perfect. We wanted a ground floor ocean side that didn’t break the bank. Mitch delivered. This condo is just wonderful. View is amazing, the Location is so convenient. My 71 year old mother has knee problems and I wanted her to be able to get to the beach easier and this was the perfect distance. We’ve definitely found our go to place to stay for years to come. Thank you Mitch for sharing your little slice of Heaven with us!

Like being at home (if you live on the beach)

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. First floor location with very easy access to pool and beach were exceptional. We arrived to find a beautifully furnished unit and a selection of ice cold drinks in the fridge, what a welcome! Everything is provided... bath and beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids. Lots of nice restaurants in the area and lots of them deliver. We did some light cooking and found the kitchen to be well equipped with cookware and dishes. What more could you ask?

We loved the first floor location! Easy access to pool area and beach! This was the best supplied condo I've ever stayed at! Bathrooms were clean but need updated. Mitch was great to work with, also!

Excellent Beautiful Wonderful!!!

This vacation was truly one of the best, second to going to Cancun. The location was relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The condo unit on the ground floor was so convenient to relax on the patio, just steps to the pool and just a one minute walk to the ocean. The condo was well furnished along with those who fly with limited beach items were provided with beach items like chairs and an umbrella with other amenities for use. Condo was stocked with hand and dish soap, rags, towels and all linens. Check in and out was a breeze. There is nothing we were disappointed with. Just absolutely wonderful place to stay and location was excellent. Mitch B. made all this possible and was very attentive from my first email to him even providing his cell number to text for easier communication. Thank you Mitch for this excellent opportunity to stay and visit. We hope to revisit your condo in the near future. Anyone who stays here will NOT be disappointed. If you would, you have way too much expectations. This condo and location was perfect!

Needed Get Away

Location and accommodations were fantastic! We couldn’t get any closer to the beach. The ability to walk out the patio doors and have the pool or the beach a few feet away was exactly what we were looking for. Beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella were all provided and that helped make the vacation even more enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed and we will most certainly be back!

Fabulous location!

The ground floor location of this condo was very convenient! Just a few steps to the pool and the beach provided a great vacation week for our family of 4. It was also in walking distance to the ice cream store and a few restaurants, and driving distance to several other day/afternoon trips! Mitch was responsive and helpful - thank you!

Perfect Location!

This is hands down my favorite condo I have ever rented! Pros-Just steps to the beach! Fully stocked kitchen and I mean really stocked! Plenty of storage containers, bowls pots and pans. Very comfortable living and dining room furniture! 2 bathrooms. ALL beds have very comfortable mattresses! We need to know what kind those are Mitch! Air conditioning kept condo nice and cool! They had trash bags, sandwich and storage bags, aluminum foil, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent just practically anything you may need even a scrubber in the kitchen. Appliances seemed new and worked well. I can’t even explain how nice the view was and just steps from the beach which was not overcrowded by no means. Also a oceanfront pool that had an awesome view! Mitch was very helpful with any questions we had and answered my questions quickly. Just overall a really nice family friendly place to stay! Cons- I could only stay 7 days!

Ground floor -- YAY

We have stayed three years at this complex, in three different units. This ground floor unit was just what we hoped. We wanted to feel as though we were in a home, not a condo. We wanted unobstructed views of the Gulf. We wanted easy access to pool and beach. Perfecto!! The only thing I missed was hearing the waves at night. The Master is not on the Gulf side, though it is quiet and no street noise. The condo is well stocked and feels lived-in. Has little things you may not think of, i.e. tin foil, coffee filters, plenty of bath towels and beach towels, comfortable furniture, dishwasher and laundry soap, variety of spices and condiments in fridge.

Great location

Property was as described. Proximity to the water was awesome. First floor unit made it easy for young children to play in the sand or the heated pool while we sipped coffee from the patio. Lots of sand toys, boogie boards , towels and a well stocked kitchen made it enjoyable. We look forward to staying again

Perfect and convenient location

Loved the location and pool and beach. Grounds were well maintained. I’m a neat freak so my only complaint was the closets, laundry area, and outdoor storage area were a mess. Very obvious no one has cleaned them in a long while. Overall we loved our stay but needs to be cleaner.

Best Condo Ever

We have been vacationing at The Shores for the last five years and it's be totally awesome. As a native Floridan living right across the bay for Redington Shores and once living in Indian Shores for 10 years this complex and condo is by far the beach on the beach,.

Perez Family Yearly Vacation

Wonderful!!!!

This is the best set up I have ever seen. The beach was close and so. convient Well stocked. Not crowded. Most beautiful set up from room and view from your deck in parralled.
