The main living level features a Pub Dining area and Living Room separated by a two-sided free-standing fireplace, Kitchen and Main Dining Room. Three of the Bedrooms are located downstairs and the other up a short flight of stairs from the main living area. With two ensuite masters, a downstairs bonus/media room, and two dining areas, you’ll find plenty of separation that is perfect for two families. The Blue Moose is conveniently located off either Alder Creek (via Schussing) or Northwoods (via Lausanne to Schussing).

Our home is located in the members-only Tahoe Donner resort community. With six provided guest passes, you can take advantage of numerous amenities available to Tahoe Donner’s members and guests (a daily use fee does apply). Summer guests can enjoy all sorts of water sports at our private Beach Club Marina at Donner Lake, with its sandy beach, boat launch, boat rentals, and snack bar. There are two mountain recreation centers nearby that include three heated swimming pools (lap pool open year-round), three large outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, wet sauna, play areas, basketball court, locker rooms, weight room, aerobics rooms, and massage therapy. POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES/TAHOE DONNER RULES AND REGULATIONS:
• Stairs - 20 stairs (including landings) from driveway/garage to main level and 15 stairs from main level to lower level. We suggest guests with limited mobility use upper-level master
• While our driveway is flat, there is a short moderate incline to the road. 4WD or chains are highly suggested for all Tahoe Donner properties.
• Tahoe Donner strictly enforces fines for noxious activities, which fines will be enforced against our guests and include but are not limited to violations of the following policies: ABSOLUTELY NO OUTDOOR FIRES IN TAHOE DONNER OR ON OUR PROPERTY; No street parking; all garbage and recycles must be placed in the bear bin off our driveway; No outdoor lights are to be left on; Guest count shall not exceed 12 on our property at any point (your booking may include additional limitations); No excessive noise during quiet hours and absolutely no outdoor amplified music
