Great location in Belmont Shore! leave your car. Walk to town and the beaches. Quiet residential area, but only 2 min. walk to great restaurants, boutique coffee , fun bars and unique shopping. 10 min walk to the bay or ocean! Spacious large 1 bedroom , with a full kitchen And relaxing patio in desirable Belmont Shore . Entire apartment, 1 car garage with washer and dryer. Patio with bbq. and lounge chairs. I am available close by for any questions . Quiet residential area, only 2 min . Walk to 2nd street which has many great restaurants , bars and unique shops. Leave your car in the garage! Walk to 2nd street for coffee , meals, convenience stores, etc. 10 min. Walk To the beaches! No parties, no loud music, no smoking.

Cutely decorated , very clean, comfy beds , nice amenities with coffee, and waters.Great having a washer and dryer. Loved the location! Exceeded our expectations,Thank you Marianne !

Girls getaway

Great central location walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Property was just as described. Clean and neat with all the necessities provided. Highly recommend!

Perfectly nestled home by the beach

This place is perfectly located it’s easy to access there’s ample parking the neighbors are very friendly and it’s within walking distance to the beach and all of the local eateries. There is a hose right outside so you can get all the sand off of you before you go back inside the AC units work wonders and the owner make sure that you are stocked with towels and bedding as well as toiletries in the bathroom. We will definitely be back it was a wonderful time.

Three generations under one roof.

It isn't often that a grandmother, daughter and granddaughter all enjoy a rental as much as we did. Marianne's Unit B was perfect for us. It is located a short walk from a plethora of shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach! Try Sweet Jill's Bakery on 2nd Street for the best yeasted cinnamon roll ever. The rental was very clean and had garage parking which was very handy. Marianne answers questions quickly and was very gracious about my daughter staying with us at the last minute. My mother is 85 years old and was able to use the tub/shower combination easily since the sides on the tub are very low. We would stay here again.

lovely little flat

Was very conveniently located, charming neighborhood. A little lacking in the silverware /dishes department but we made it work. The kids loved the TV and I was pleased to be able to do laundry.

Great stay!

We had a great time! Place is very clean, check in/out was contactless and a breeze, patio is large with lovely plants, and the location is amazing. Had a great time and highly recommend!

Great place!! Half mile or less walk to the beach, the bay and just minutes walk to 2nd St restaurants and shops. Great little neighborhood! Met the host as we arrived and she was sweet to give. Quick tour. Really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoy Belmont Shore's and Naples international restaurants, bars and being active; walking , biking ,swimming and kayak/paddling on Alamitos bay and the Pacific!

Spacious, light , fresh and new beautiful apartment on a quiet residential street but close walk to the center of Belmont Shore and Beaches. Great location to base and tour Southern California, between Orange County and L.A. (Only 30 min. to Disneyland and 50 min. to Hollywood.)
