Beach chairs/towels/umbrella/cooler equipment provided. Residence is comfortably equipped. Great place to relax and enjoy Florida winter weather! Covered parking, screened lanai with table and chairs are great for morning coffee or evening drinks. 1 mile to shopping/restaurants/gym/grocery (Pavillion/Mercado/Pelican Bay).

Located across from Naples Vanderbilt Beach and Ritz Carlton. Residence is a studio/1 bedroom 1 bath. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washer/dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen.

Other things to note:
Naples is a growing vibrant community that is a very desired paradise oasis. With that there is always growth and building going on.
There is a new complex being built in this area of Vanderbilt Beach. No construction is being done on this property. Street is open to local traffic, so access is not an issue.
There may be some construction noise during the day on weekdays and moving of construction equipment on the surrounding roadway, but it just depends on what they are working on the time frame someone stays here as to what is being worked on. There is no construction directly on this property. Please contact us if you have specific questions.
