'Way better than expected!!
We traveled with some friends and simply followed their lead to Ko'Olina. And although I booked the condo on my own I was still unsure if the unit was as good as it looked online. Let me tell you - it's better. The room is especially quiet, very comfortable and extremely well built. The beds are very comfortable and you can expect all of the comforts of home. Ray is very professional to work with and returned my security deposit on the same day we departed. The whole group especially loved hanging out at the amazing pool and hot tub area. Unlike resorts that area was quiet, clean and peaceful. Add the grass roof bar and beautiful ocean a few steps away and you have paradise.'

This condominium boasts a world class kitchen designed by none other than Roy Yamaguchi of Roy’s Restaurants. African mahogany wood throughout adds a nice ambiance for your relaxation and enjoyment. This accommodation can sleep up to six comfortably. The sliding doors adjacent to the outdoor lanai (patio) are designed to disappear entirely when you open them up to welcome in the Hawaii trade winds and beautiful sunrise.

Beautiful condo made our trip so effortless and comfortable

The condo was beautiful. The large sliding doors opened all the way up and allowed us to rest while listening to the waves and wind. The short walk to the beach allowed us to go swimming multiple times a day. This was the best vacation I’ve had in years, and a big part of that was due to the amenities, and luxury, and promity of this condo. I highly recommend it.

Quiet Luxury

I travel to Hawaii often for work, but don’t get to bring my family very much. This was the nicest place I have stayed and we had so much room! The living space is fantastic with so many places to relax. We especially enjoyed the lanai with table and chairs that made it easy to enjoy most of our meals outside. The kitchen had everything we needed and the meal prep was easy. Having two full bedrooms and baths gave everyone their own space. The quality of construction was fantastic and the rooms were some of the quietest I have ever been in. No noise from other rooms or outside. We enjoyed the beach chairs and other toys in the closet. Saved quite a bit of money and was very convenient.

Beautiful location with three incredible restaurants within walking distance

Everything was like new, the facility was first rate the patio was beautiful and had a side ocean view perfect for sunrises. All of the furniture and appliances appeared to be brand new incredibly clean and model home quality. If there were any issues contacting the owner, the issues were resolved immediately. I was incredibly impressed With the responsiveness. I would not have second thoughts about staying here again. This is a vacation not to be missed.

We didn't want to leave!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and inviting. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. The surrounding grounds were well maintained, beautiful and quiet. We appreciate that our host was so accommodating to our needs. It was very helpful to have a market place nearby. Only suggestion would be to have bars in the shower to support those who might need it. We would love to return!

Home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family had a great time at the pools, bar, and lagoon. The condo was spacious and with an awesome balcony. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We took advantage of morning walks with amazing views. We felt at home and were so sad to leave. We look forward hopefully coming back soon!

the rental was comfortable and ideal for family of four with room for more!

Ray was extremely helpful getting the arrangements secured and our stay was memorable. The unit luxurious and the location on island ideal. Definitely a vacation we would do again!

Perfect

This was the perfect place to stay in Hawaii. Check in process easy, communication with owner outstanding. Condo had everything we needed . You can walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Pool areas were clean and beautiful and had great grills to use. We will return.

Beautiful property!

Wonderful condo, very clean and stocked with everything you need. Louis was great when we arrived and offered great info about local places to see. It was easy to book, and communication with the owners was great. Wonderful trip all around!

Amazing Experience

From the moment you are met by the check-in Concierge you are treated like royalty. The condo itself is immaculate with high end finishes. Our family felt so spoiled every morning to have coffee on the lanai watching the wildlife and the ocean. We hope to be back soon!

Feels like home

We’ve stayed at this complex before and love it. Best in Ko Olina. This unit was perfect for our family of four. Super comfortable and has everything needed for a great week. Would return for sure!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The property was beautiful and Ray was very helpful in answering any questions we had. My husband and I grew up in Hawaii and visit family there frequently. We enjoyed our stay so much we've decided to always stay here every time we go back!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Ko'Olina!

House was amazing! Ray was a dream to work with! Very hard to leave! All the amenities you need are in this home! The Beach Villas for us beat out the Marriot, Aulani and even the Four Seasons! Can't wait to go back!

Unit and parking are in a good location. When we got in the unit, we didn't settle in right away because housekeeping came in to clean since the unit has been vacant for 3 weeks per Clariza. They mopped and dusted inside and out and towels were put out. Loved the balcony and we were able to sit out there and relax and enjoy the view. The unit had all the small appliances we needed including hair dryer and Keurig. Property is beautiful, I'm glad we got to hang out at the pool. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Excellent

The location was great, and the condo was awesome. We had great snorkeling right down a the complex lagoon. The condo has 16 foot sliding doors out to the patio and every morning we started with breakfast on the patio. Would definitely stay again if we get back to Oahu. Our host was very helpful and communication was excellent.
