'Way better than expected!!
We traveled with some friends and simply followed their lead to Ko'Olina. And although I booked the condo on my own I was still unsure if the unit was as good as it looked online. Let me tell you - it's better. The room is especially quiet, very comfortable and extremely well built. The beds are very comfortable and you can expect all of the comforts of home. Ray is very professional to work with and returned my security deposit on the same day we departed. The whole group especially loved hanging out at the amazing pool and hot tub area. Unlike resorts that area was quiet, clean and peaceful. Add the grass roof bar and beautiful ocean a few steps away and you have paradise.'

We had a wonderful time and the beach villa was exactly what our family needed, it was clean, setup conveniently and so close to the beach!! The property was gorgeous and our hosts were so helpful and informative to have us ready with all the instructions needed to make our stay as smooth as possible. Thank you!!

The place has a bunch of commonly needed beach items like - beach towels, chairs, mat, snorkel and other stuff. No life jackets in case you need them for kids.

Our trip began on a difficult note with a severe storm and a delayed flight, but thanks to our wonderful host, Ray, it quickly turned into a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. The vacation home is beautifully situated, offering stunning ocean views that made our stay even more special.Ray was exceptionally responsive and supportive throughout our visit, always ready to help with any questions or issues. His thoughtful andunconditional assistance, especially upon our arrival and while we were getting settled, made a significant difference!We are deeply grateful for his warm hospitality and the care he put into ensuring our stay was both comfortable and joyful. What started as a challenging journey became an unforgettable vacation that we will always cherish. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon (April 2026) and it was nothing short of what we wanted for our special trip. The entire condo was spotless and very spacious. Has all modern appliances you'll need. We spent every morning on our lanai (balcony) with beautiful views of the ocean and in land. This resort has plenty of pool/hot tub options and a very easy access to your own lagoon. Would highly recommend!!!

We stayed a full week at this property at the end of May with our family of four (two teens) and it was the perfect relaxing Hawaii getaway.The location is fantastic — it’s just a short walk to the pools and the beautiful Beach / Honu Lagoon. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy walk to the ABC market for quick groceries and snacks.The kitchen was very well equipped with great appliances and everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We especially appreciated having both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.It was also really nice that the rental provided beach towels and chairs. We particularly loved the foldable wagon/utility cart — it made hauling everything down to the beach so much easier!Ray was a wonderful host with excellent communication. He provided great information and helpful suggestions that really enhanced our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

The Beach Villa was a wonderful place to stay. It met all of our needs and was conveniently located near shops and great local food. Communication was excellent from start to finish! We plan to choose this villa again in the future and would recommend it to anyone in need of accommodation.

Best resort and room
Absolutely love beach villas in Ko olina. Our stay and room was so enjoyable. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets and beach view from balcony. Would stay here again and again!

This is the absolute best place to stay on Oahu! The resort is peaceful and has a beautiful layout. The condo was pristine, and maintenance was very responsive to the problems we encountered (that were unforeseeable by the owner). The lagoon was amazing as well! We will definitely choose this resort and condo again when we return!

the rental was comfortable and ideal for family of four with room for more!
Ray was extremely helpful getting the arrangements secured and our stay was memorable. The unit luxurious and the location on island ideal. Definitely a vacation we would do again!
