You will be amazed by all the space in this large Oceanfront 4 BR 6th floor condo with huge balcony. Offering spectacular views of the ocean from most rooms and the balcony. Staying at Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. This building is one of the most luxurious on the beach. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 4 Bedroom/3 Bath unit. Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a coffered rotunda ceiling. Ocean view master bedroom with King size bed. Master bath with large stand alone shower and soaker tub. 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms also have King size bed and one of them have a pull out sofa bed with large walk-in closets. 4th guest bedroom offers one queen bed with pull-out single. Beds for 11 guest . All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs. Fully stocked Gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, beach towels, washer and dryer. Additional outdoor seating by the patio and electric grill. The Ocean Vistas building amenities are unrivaled with heated oceanfront pool, sun terrace, Oceanfront fountain, lush gardens, concierge services, elegant oceanfront fitness center with sauna.

We were mesmerized by the size, comfort, and cleanliness of this condo. This was our first time out if a resort/hotel setting. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely stay here again. The complex had a beautiful pool area and fabulous ice machine for our daily drinks by the pool. Loved everything about this stay!

GREAT for large families

We had a wonderful time in the place that we stayed. Lots of space, completely furnished, and it was very clean! The only thing that was difficult is being able to have access to things (fobs to get into everything (great for safety, hard for large families with many people), the pool was wonderful when heated (it broke a few times). The beach was very clean, and accessible (tough with high/low tide unpredictability and beach driving opening and closing)

Great Location

Right on the beach. It is a big building, but since the rooms are so large it isn't really that many people. The pool was offset a bit which was great because it got lots of afternoon sun. Most pools are shaded by the buildings.

Great place for a family vacation!

Family Fun

This was the perfect accommodation for a family vacation. Easy access to beach and more amenities than we could hope for. Very clean and spacious! We will definitely be booking again!

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect for extended family Thanksgiving Holiday. Lots of room inside and out (deck was huge!) exactly as advertised. View was wonderful. It is on the north side of the building, so a little cool and shady in November. That being said, not many condos have space for 8+ on the deck! Loved our stay.

Luxury accommodations at Daytona Beach Shores

The Cleanliness and elegance of the property and condo are unparalleled! We really appreciated the huge living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms… Room for everyone in our nine member family party to enjoy and spread out. The balcony is spectacular!

Family Vacation

Loved staying in this condo! We had 9 people and plenty of room and space for everyone, including two pack n play cribs! I highly recommend a stay here. Everything was wonderful from the first contact with the property owners. We will definitely be back!

Very nice!

It was very nice. We all had a great time! The only thing I didn’t like was that only 2 vehicles were allowed in the parking garage. We had 3 families which forced us to pay an extra 207.00 for parking down the street.

Rockville rendezvous

3 king bedrooms, 1 queen. 3 couples, 7 adults. Beachfront condo with ocean view. Aside from a couple of appliance issues, that were addressed, it was perfect. Shout out to Melissa, the property manager. She is the best!

Beautiful condo! We loved it. Had our family here & it was great!

The property had everything we needed; beach chairs, umbrella & even toys for the baby! We had 8 adults & baby & it was perfect. Location was close to everything! Enjoyed Being together , if only we could have eaten on the beautiful porch. Was a bit chilly & windy to eat outside. But the view is spectacular!

Decent Stay

We recently stayed at this property for a family getaway. Overall, it was an okay experience. The condo itself is very spacious—plenty of room for our family to spread out comfortably. The large balcony with a nice view was definitely a highlight, and the bedrooms were roomy and well-suited for a group. The massage chair was also a nice bonus, and the location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach.One of the standout positives was the property management team. They were prompt, professional, and friendly throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.That said, the property and its furnishings felt quite dated. There were visible stains on the furniture, and the balcony grill was not clean and difficult to cook on. The kitchen was also understocked—there weren’t enough pans or cooking tools to prepare meals for our group, which made things challenging.With a few updates and improvements to cleanliness and kitchen supplies, this could be a great rental. As it stands, it worked for our trip but fell a bit short of expectations.

Prior to arriving: Chris and Kaylee kept me updated with the information for our stay. They both did a awesome job. Arriving at Ocean Vista: We met Michael and he gave us a tour of the building and our condo. He made us feel right at home. The condo was very clean and amazing. I would strongly recommend this condo
