This is the perfect pool home to enjoy family and friends with 4 well appointed guest rooms. A beautiful backyard with a place to grill, swim and gather. A Home Away From Home – Absolutely Perfect!

This property was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and stress-free vacation. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything from kitchen essentials to extra towels. Great location and easy check-in made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect stay for us (besides the weather)! There were 7 of us which is usually hard to comfortably accommodate. There were 3 full bedrooms with a king/queen beds and a bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds. Our kids range from 15 to 20 (5 of them) and it worked out perfectly! The 4 ft deep saltwater pool was perfect for our needs. The host was so friendly, communicated often and anticipated all our needs! It was the perfect location imo as well. We were not in a major tourist area but everything was just a short drive (including several beach options)! We did get the hang of going certain directions for certain things as there are tolls some of which are cash only and both ways; so I'd suggest looking at those before hopping in the car and heading out! Overall, we couldn't have been happier with this booking and would 100% book here with Kim again!

Excellent vacation spot!

We had such an amazing time while staying at this property! It was exactly as described. The property is beautiful and has all that you need onsite for a great stay. Communication with the property owner was superb. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short distance from groceries, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. We had an amazing stay here and would return.

Home away from Home

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The amenities were just what we needed, the layout of the house was amazing and there was plenty of space for us to all spread out. My only recommendation would be a solar cover since the pool isn't heated, just to keep some of the warmth in. The kids still swam every day we were there and my husband and mom got in but my sister and I weren't brave enough to get in the cold water! We did go to a couple of beaches and that was nice - they were just a short drive away.

Great spot for a big group or family

Stayed here with family and friends for a celebratory weekend. Plenty of space and great setup for hosting a dinners or a small party. House had beach towels and pool floats and all the cooking equipment we needed. About a 20 min drive to Pensacola beach with no walkable public beach access just as an FYI if coming from out of state. Great weekend getaway.

Wonderful Vaction Home

This house was great! We have had a couple doozies when renting houses. This one was clean, prepared and well thought through with all of the conviences you would expect and "so much more". My family loved the pool and the beutful outdoor space provided. This is a very nice and well taken care of property. The host did a great job communicating and staying in touch about any needs. Loved it!

A wonderful place in a great location

We stayed for a week with our friends in early August, we really liked the location because it's within a short drive of many great beaches including Navarre, Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. The house was the perfect size for the seven of us that stayed we had plenty of room to hang out and watch TV and play board games. The kitchen is well setup and has everything you need to cook a great dinner. We really enjoyed the back yard which included the pool, a hammock, dartboard, a grill and lots of seating. The check in/check out process was a breeze and we had great communication with our host, Kim. I would definitely recommend this property!

AMAZING PLACE

Been using VRBO for many years. Always have been pleased with the places. KIM's HOME is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The HOME is beautiful and perfect for a family. It is clean. Location was great. The pool, oh the pool was put to use every day. Kim is amazing in communication and information about the area. I would recommend this location to every one.

This was one of our best experiences with a VRBO property yet! The home was exactly what we were looking for… and more. The icing on the cake was the owner. Great stay close to the beach!

Clean and cozy property for our family of 10 for a great price! Very convenient location to beaches! We were disappointed to find that the bunk bed room was open to the kitchen/living room making it a challenge for noise in the common areas while the kids napped. It’s also good to be aware that you have to pay a cash toll every time you cross to the beaches which we paid 2-4 times each day. Overall we highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the area!

Great Property and Incredible Host

Kim will make your stay near Pensacola Beach a trip to remember. What an incredible host who goes above and beyond to try and make your stay memorable. From surprises for the kids to well researched and shared lists of area attractions, events and shopping it added so much value to our stay. Highly recommend this beautify property that made our stay all the better. The kids loved the amenities and the back yard was an awesome gathering place to make memories. The interior layout was perfect, spacious and well kept. We also have a son who requires a wheelchair and the open concept and large master shower made all the difference for his particular needs. Even though the property is a short distance from the beach, it is an easy transit to all of Pensacola and the beach while giving you a place to peacefully unwind without the chaos of being crammed in and around the other tourists visiting the area. The neighborhood was friendly, well kept and quaint. We HIGHLY recommend considering this property if visiting the Pensacola area.

I have worked with this owner on another property and she is amazing! This place has everything and did not disappoint. Each room was beautifully decorated. An Excellent Find!

I was having trouble finding a place on or near the beach that would accommodate our family of 7 and not break the bank. This property filled this and much more! The house was a perfect size & only @20 minutes or so from several beaches, restaurants and stores. Our favorite part of the house was the pool. We were in it every day! The neighborhood is so QUIET and peaceful. We even met a couple of the neighbors and they happened to be from the next town over from where we live. How neat! Everything in the house was clean, neat & organized. A BIG plus in my book! Kim was an AMAZING hostess. From the personalized note & snacks left in the house for us, to the helpful recommendations of local places to see & visit and the texts helping us with whatever we needed she was always there to make sure our stay was the best. I very much appreciated the detailed instructions for the house and everything was easy to follow. As our children are growing into adults & teens this time together is more precious than ever. Thank you, Kim for helping to make our annual family vacation wonderful!
