Discover your perfect getaway, featuring three spacious bedrooms and two modern baths designed for comfort and convenience. Enjoy your private pool and a grill, ideal for leisurely barbecues. Located just minutes from downtown, pristine beaches, and a variety of restaurants, this rental offers the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a memorable vacation experience. it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

House rules:
1. You must be 21 or older to book this home and all other guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence without express written consent. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $250. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
8. No third-party bookings. The person booking the unit must also be part of the group staying in the unit.
9. Screaming Reel Properties may use video surveillance in outside public areas for security purposes.
10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

The oven and and grill didn't work, but maintenance was out in 15 min.. The host and maintenance man very nice. Would Highly recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay! The house was very comfortable. Our three girls had a blast in the pool- they practically lived in it! Thank you for a great time in Pensacola! We really enjoyed it

First Fam Vacation

This was our first fam vacation and everything in the vacation house was amazing, loved the house size and rooms, beds. Especially the pool. Hope to come back soon.

Quiet Getaway

The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful, house super clean, and water pressure amazing! The kids loved the pool and it was so spacious for the 5 of us! Only ablut 20-25 minutes to Gulf Breeze and closer to downtown. Overall excellent stay and we were sad to leave!!

Stores near by to order deliveries. Need hand rail to get in and out pool. Need rails to get up and down stairs. Not set up for handicapped people

The pool was clean (vacuum going when we got there and looked to have been on a timer to clean a few other times), there were typical hotel toiletries included which was nice, the towels were very thin, but glad to have had them (though personally, I brought my own). The host was easily reachable, though there was a hiccup where the cleaning staff let themselves into the home while 2 of us were there, which wasn’t cool, but the host seemed to have handled that. The chairs on the pool deck could definitely benefit from replacement, and we knew not to leave food out on the kitchen countertops as there were ants that’d spawn out of nowhere. Other than that, this ended up being a big hit with those in my family. To note, this home isn’t reallyyyyy handicap accessible, the main room in what looks to be the former-den served as the room we had my handicapped family in, we wheeled her from the driveway around back, and right into the house. From that bedroom, there were steps up to the main part of the home. Also to note, it was a bit weird that the property manager/ maintenance guy spends a great deal of his time sitting outside the home next door (guessing that is another one of their properties), and you’ll see him many times throughout the day on a golf cart. Kind of felt like big brother watching. Other than that, this property had good wifi, the AC was strong, the water pressure was great in the shower, and we feel an adequate amount of toilet paper was provided.

We booked this rental for 13 days. Our group was highly disappointed with the rental. Two of our guests booked an early flight home as a result.Starting with when we arrived. We drove 23 straight hours to get to the rental from Colorado. When we arrived the house was a disaster, beds unmade and dirty towels on the floor. Nobody had been there to clean from the last guests. We left to give their team time and space to get the rental cleaned. They did a horrible job. I spent the first day of our trip shopping for cleaning supplies and cleaning the rental. All they did was make the beds, take out the trash and replace the towels. I had to do the rest. Then, the pool was only available to swim in half the time. Maintenance did not come to service the pool. The cleaner did not work and was clogged and I had cleaned it out. Added a photo showing the murky pool water which should be clear.And, the amount of bugs and spiders in the rental was very concerning. They were coming in through the sinks and through the large gaps in the door leading to the backyard. There were even dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. The place really should be sprayed inside and out.We have rented several VRBOs and this was by far the worst one.

The inside of the house looked the same as the pictures. It was cute inside. The outside at the pool was not. It wasn’t inviting at all. We usually spend a lot of time at the pool when on vacation. We didn’t not at this house. The outside needs work, the pool was painted, and the blue paint rubs off on your feet. The wooden deck next to the pool is weathered and some boards were rotted, I wish I would have checked the location better. The neighborhood is not the best, and there isn’t much to do in the area.
