Very clean. Very quiet. Comfy beds. Very equipped kitchen. Nice grill. Our teenagers and tween boys enjoyed it all. Great for fishing and exploring nature that visits the lake. I highly recommend. Close to Zoo, Busch Gardens, FL Aquarium, etc.

The house had a cozy feel but very spacious, could sleep 12, my grandson loved the lake and caught a few fish, I think my dog loved the back yard the most, she had an awesome time, as did we. It was 15 minutes away from Busch gardens. Thank you, would recommend

cute lake house getaway

Our family enjoyed spending time together on the dock fishing. The house was spacious and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Great place and location

Mike was an amazing host. Any questions or concerns I had he was very quick to answer. The place had plenty of space for our large family. The house is stocked well with things you need. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Convenient Location

Great location for us to travel between family in Seffner and Hudson. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay along with a relaxing view of the lake. Mike was very quick to respond to any questions. Hope to stay here again for our next family trip!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property, definitely bring some bug spray since near lake. Personally in a wheelchair and was able to make it work. Would be wonderful for a big family gathering. Great fishing and scenery

Celebrating graduation at USF

Wanted to bring my family together to celebrate my kid graduating at USF. Place is perfect, 15 minutes from Yuengling Center, ample room, 3 bathrooms and a lake view that kept us in awe while we chatted , ate and celebrated together

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 (plus a puppy)! Plenty of room and all the extras. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms had plenty of soap, shampoo and towels. Backyard was a wonderful retreat! My dog loved it out there and so did my son who enjoys fishing.Location was perfect for our trips to Moffitt, Adventure Island and Busch Gardens. Lots of amenities around this area. Quiet street and safe. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful week here. Mike our host is the absolute best. My husband enjoyed fishing and even though it’s not mentioned in the information there is a very nice kayak that my husband used almost every day. This place is fantastic. We were very pleased with everything from the kitchen to the bedrooms and beyond. Very quiet and peaceful. You will love the yard and outdoor furniture. It was way more than just the two of us needed but would be great for a large family. The bed in the master bedroom room is amazing. The best we have ever slept on at any other VRBO. And there are two king size beds in the huge master bedroom. We hope to return again soon.

Beautiful lake front property

My family came to visit local family and go to Busch Gardens and the beach. The home was very comfortable for all ages and convenient to all Locations. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely return.

90 day stay

The location to Moffitt Cancer Center was excellent. Beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed looking out at the wild life, kitchen nicely laid out, lanai was very enjoyable. The host, Mike, was very responsive to our needs. Thank you Mike

Our stay at the lake house

Me and my family stayed at this wonderful lake house with an amazing lake view! Everything looked exactly as the pictures showed! The house definitely gives a chill relaxing vibe. I had some family come visit us and they loved everything about it! The owner would check in through the app just to make sure everything is going okay and to see if you need anything. The Owner also has a quick response time as well! I would definitely recommend people to this house!

Peaceful surroundings

We had a great family vacation. The small lake was full of wildlife and it was a quiet neighborhood. The house was just the right size for the 5 of us and very clean. Our only complaint would be while the couches are cute they are not comfortable. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

I thought that this place would be the perfect place for my 97-year-old father. His 93-year-old sister lives in Tampa. It didn't disappoint, and I'm a hero for finding the place. Everything was spotless. There is a TV in every bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. It was spacious, so nobody got in anybody's way. My only regret is that we didn't get an Uber to get there. We rented a car and didn't even leave the place until it was time to go to the airport. Everything that could be needed is nearby, and the neighborhood is nice, quiet, and peaceful. The lake is teeming with fish, and I caught the biggest fish that I have ever caught in my entire life. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Great house for why we were visiting

My wife was recently diagnosed with cancer and we realized that Moffitt Cancer Center was where we wanted her to get treated. We are not typically hotel people and were looking for somewhere with a little space. This home fit our needs perfectly and the host was flexible after we communicated that one of the treatments would take a little longer than anticipated on check-out day. Best regards to Mike and being super kind and patient given what we are going through. You will not regret renting this house if you want a place with a view, clean accommodations, and a place to cook your own meals. Ryan and Ashley

A Mixed Bag

There is much to like about this property. Its location on a small lake is attractive and convenient to shopping and Tampa area attractions. We enjoyed seeing many shorebirds, ospreys, and even sandhill cranes around the backyard. The house was clean and reasonably well equipped and the beds in the master bedroom were comfortable. Unfortunately, little else in the house was comfortable. There is no comfortable seating in the living room; the sofas are well beyond their useful life. The dramatically oversized island in the kitchen makes any work there difficult for one person and virtually impossible for two. The view of the lake from the back porch is obscured by dirty plastic sheeting that covers the screens. And while we were there, we experienced almostcontinuous systems failures. The sliding doors to the porch were jammed and unusable when we arrived. The clothes dryer failed completely and had to be replaced. The HVAC system first sprang a leak (outside) and then began a noisy vibration. The kitchen drain and garbage disposal clogged (through no fault of ours) and required major work to remove impediments in the drainage pipes. To his credit, the property manager Mike acted promptly to address each of these problems, but we lived in a regular state of repair.

Clean and comfortable

This house was perfect for our family of four adults (parents and two adult offspring). Each bedroom had its own bathroom, two ensuite and one just across the hall. The rooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable, too, with plenty of pillows. The backyard was beautiful, with a calm lake setting. Overall, the location was convenient, though there are two caveats: it's an older neighborhood with a mix of mostly older and a few newer homes, and the street is narrow so neighbors park on the street, including on the edge of the VRBO property and directly behind the driveway (making backing out a bit difficult). Second, there are railroad tracks very nearby. That didn't bother us in the master bedroom, but family members in the other bedrooms said they were awakened by train horns. Both were more minor inconveniences than major problems. The best things about the property were the sparkling cleanliness; the convenient, fully-equipped modern kitchen with icemaking refrigerator, island seating, and open floorplan; the lovely lakefront backyard; the pet friendliness (yay! Our sweet Cavalier enjoyed flopping down on the cool tile, and loved chasing lizards); the comfort of each bedroom having a TV, even if we never did figure out how to make the cable in the living room work; security cameras for safety; the lack of hidden fees (some VRBO owners add ridiculous charges like "additional guest" fees even when the number of bedrooms exceeds the number of guests); and the convenience of check-out (there were no elaborate requirements to strip the beds or perform other tasks that are typically included in cleaning fees). The location was convenient to Lutz, Carollwood, and north Tampa.

Very nice tranquil place. Very well appointed with aplliances, kitchenware, TVs, towels, etc. we have not always got when traveling the past 20 plus years. We'll be coming back every year.

The location was very quaint and you didn’t feel like you were in a city. Nice little get away spot. The host was very polite and communicative. Overall a place I would advise staying in and enjoying some peace and quiet.
