Welcome to our quiet guest space in the LOWER LEVEL ( as in basement !) of our home!
A cozy living room awaits you as you enter the lower level. A beautiful new bathroom w stand-up Shower in clean gray tones create a relaxing atmosphere.
The private bedroom is open to a desk-area in front of the egress window with plenty of afternoon light and the bed is nestled into an alcove-like niche for super-quiet rest.
A small kitchen area caters to your needs with sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffe/tea maker, hotplate, toaster oven , single-serve coffeemaker.

We are proudly using exclusive personal care and household products that are plant-derived and better for you and the environment!
There is a fold-out daybed in the living room ( couch) as well as a chair that extends into an ottoman.
The entry is semi-private from the Garage.
Reiki -and esthetician services are available in-house upon appointment!
Stand-by Generator keeps everything going even during a power-outage.

Guest access
Front porch facing south is always a wonderful place to sit and listen to the birds and crickets in summer.

Other things to note
Please take your shoes off and and put used linens in provided basket.

Keep in mind that we have 2 horses, 3 outdoor cats and 2 dogs.
There might be hay and animal dander and road dust that may be an issue for allergy sufferers.
Although all our animals are well- behaved, pls use common sense when approaching them.
Please do not feed anything to any of them w/o our approval- Thank you!

IF BRINGING DOGS/CATS: WE MUST know and APPROVE upon booking that you are bringing pets - It IS our home! PLEASE tell us age and breed, although we are not discriminating, but must ensure the comfort and safety of all ; guests, animals and us hosts.
Proof of Flea/Tick treatment is required. Dogs may not be left un-crated
/unsupervised in guests' absence. if not crate-trained, we have to decline.
Often we coordinate when guests bring their dogs upstairs to go outside , avoiding possible negative interaction altogether.
