Fantastic Location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is absolutely fantastic. The beach is private, secluded and everything we had imagined.

The condo was just what we needed - full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of space for a couple on vacation for a few nights. The best part was the beautiful beach right out the back door, which was really quiet when we were there.

Delightful

Delightful accommodations for a beach getaway. Plenty of sun, gorgeous sandy shoreline, and shade when you need it. We liked the location — toward the quieter end of the beach — but also appreciated the big hotel just a short walk away. The condo was clean and well equipped. The cleaners were thorough; and Marji, the property manager, was the best. So helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the island.

As advertised! Photos are just what you will get. A beautiful beach steps from your door in a safe quiet area. Suggest having a car as there is parking but nice to be able to explore as well. Marji was very helpful and you will love this place!

Good, not great - can use a bit of TLC

I'll go room by room so you know what to expect:Entry - this can use a bit of cleaning as there are bugs etc around that can be swept away.Bedroom - The bed is a full-size bed, very aged and not supportive, tattered almost. A nice queen bed would be ideal. The closet had some sanding work, but was not cleaned up so our clothes got dirty when placed in the closet. The AC is barely sufficient. The air is not as cool as the other rooms, and the fan is very loud.The bathroom is very spacious, there is a leak from the bath when showering into the general area that floods the space. It makes about 1/2 the bathroom soggy and not comfortable.The kitchen is great. Has all the amenitiese you can ask for. There is some electronic equipment that can be moved as water gets spilled on it.The living room is very spacious. The couch needs to be replaced - it's sunken and not supportive and prob ages old.The Patio is nice, the drying rack is broken so useless. It's also full of bugs and some routine spraying can help alleviate. Hope this helps in what to expect. Would I stay here again- maybe, not convinced as there may be better options around.

Overall, the property was great. Going room by room so you know what to expect. Bedroom- The bed is very small. It’s a full size bed. A queen size bed will be even better for two people. The current bed is very worn and not comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom does not get cold enough and when you use the fan, it is very loud. Bathroom- When you shower, the water leaks onto the bathroom floor And causes a bit of a flood. Hopefully this get fixed really soon. The kitchen is good everything that you would need. The living room is very spacious and bright, but the couch is very worn and sunken in. The patio is good, but the drying rack is broken so not usable. The entryways can do with a bit of cleaning so that the bugs do not pileup. I don’t know if I would stay here again, but maybe fixing these few issues would help.

The trees provide nice shade , spectacular beach and the view can’t be beat. The condo is well supplied and beautifully decorated. Management was prompt and professional, very nice. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed as follows, ceiling fan in bedroom is off balance and makes a huge amount of noise, bed is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced with something high quality ,same for sofa bed. This place is spotless and has plenty of bath and beach towels. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, we really loved our stay and plan to return on a regular basis, if the bed and fan are replaced!

Great place for a quiet getaway

Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Views were great and you couldn’t ask for better beach access. Quiet community away from the overcrowded tourist area but close enough to enjoy the restaurants etc.

Marji was so nice, very accommodating and made the arrival easy as can be. The view, beach and water is second to none and you feel like you are on a private island. The property is quiet, bus rides are easy to any location and a few minute walk on the beach to the Kimpton. 10/10 stay and would absolutely come back!!

Perfect Place for us

It was everything we hoped for and more. Quiet. Perfectly located. Ability to snorkel from the beach. Very peaceful, relaxing and away from the more active Georgetown but not too far away to drive in for dinner. We are already planning a return visit.

It is so nice to have trees for shade and a soft sandy beach. The water was clear and warm enough to swim. My wife learned hot to paddle board with one of the on-site boards and really enjoyed her morning rounds. Cayman is a wonderful island, safe, clean and with unbelievable restaurants. Have already booked for next year.
