Wonderful stay at White Sands!

Our first time to Grand Cayman and White Sands - both exceeded our expectations! It was one of the most beautiful and relaxing vacations we have ever had. We hope to come back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Location

We had a great stay at White Sands. We stayed 5 nights starting 1/30/25. Location was perfect for us as it is on the quiet end of 7 mile beach. Open the patio door and you are on the beach. There is a keypad lock on the patio door, which was great. Not a lot else in the area, there is a restaurant at Kimpton Seafire, a short walk down the beach. A car rental is really a must in this location, which didn’t bother us at all. Unit was a bit dated, but overall was clean and worked great for us. No elevators to get to the beach, just open the door. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location!

My wife and I had a great stay at White Sands #4. We have traveled to Grand Cayman over a dozen times over the last few years and always stay on seven mile beach. The location of this unit and others in this complex simply cannot be beat. It is on the quieter end of seven mile beach, which we very much appreciate. Patio opens to the beach and it's only steps from the ocean. The unit is well furnished and equipped as expected.

Great Place!

While I wouldn't call White Sands 4 luxurious, it is very nice. Inside it is very comfortable and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which isn'talways the case in some places. The TV was a little bit of a struggle, but Marji was very helpful and always answered the call. And for the outside, IT'S WONDERFUL! There is something to be said for stepping off your patio directly onto the beach, especially when it has enough room, from full sun to shade, to give everyone space for themselves. Other than a few people walking the beach, it truly is secluded. There are a couple of restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk down the beach, and plenty more, along with a grocery and liquor store just a short drive away. We will definitely stay again when we return to the island. plenty of

Loved it

My only complaints about this place are that the matress on king bed is too soft, the mattress on sleeper sofa is too thin and there's no pool. The only reason i mention a pool is cuz we traveled with our 2 small kids (ages 6&2), and we had unswimmable water our last day due to hurricane milton. If this place had a pool, itd he perfect for a family of 4. Location is hreat, the beach is very private and the shore is very shallow which is perfect for small kids. Would def stay here again, esp if we come travel without kids next time. The place is very clean and easy to get to, akd is kinda private from the main road too. The seclusion is wonderful and the property is pretty and has great spots for pics on the property or right next door. Only reason i give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of a pool

Quiet piece of Paradise!

We love White Sands. Marji is great to work with and super helpful. Housekeeper is also fantastic! Condo is very spacious, furniture is great. We had our 10 year old daughter with us and she slept on the pull out sofa bed. She said it was very comfortable. Condo had everything that we needed for the week. Location is convenient to grocery and restaurants. And you can’t beat the view from the back patio!!

Beautiful, private Cayman beachfront!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this vacation more than any other! The beach was absolutely picture-perfect and private, and the water was so calm and clear that swimming/floating was effortless. The property manager was easily available and responsive to any issues that arose. The condo opens up right onto the beach. Very close and convenient to all 7MB activities. There were ample towels, linens, cooking utensils, and paper goods for our entire stay. No need to buy extras. The one negative was that the sofa is pretty worn out and not very comfortable to sit on. Not a huge deal, considering that beautiful beach, but would have enjoyed something a little more welcoming after a long day on the beach.

Long Weekend getaway

White Sands #4 was perfect for our weekend getaway. Literally as close to the ocean as we have ever stayed (about 50ft from the back door to the water) was perfect for a quiet weekend. We enjoyed being away from the crowded beaches. Unit was great. Fully stocked with all that we needed. Property managers were great as well. Very easy to communicate with. Very responsive. They even came and checked on us one day to make sure we had all that we needed. Was an easy drive from the airport as well as out to dinner There are also numerous delivery options for food. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again if we visit Grand Cayman.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Janice from the first moment was not very kind and cordial with us and never explained to us how is the procedure for check in, how to get the keys, among other things and I had to go personally to get into the room I had rented.The apartment number 16 is NOT prepared to be rented and even less for 6 guests, the apartment has only 4 knives and forks, the chairs are only for 4 guests, there are no elements to clean the apartment, we found a cigarette under the couch in the living room, the refrigerator and oven are very old and are in poor condition, there are not enough dishes for the guests, the beach towels are very few and of poor quality, for the beach there are only 4 deck chairs assigned for the unit.The apartment has a "false bedroom" where it is a loft where you can only enter crouched and without ventilation.I do not recommend this unit to spend the vacations as it has many important shortcomings to have a pleasant experience. At the same time, it does not have a manager assigned to the unit in case of any concerns.

Truth be told, it’s a little slice of heaven. This is our fourth trip to Grand Cayman and our 2nd time staying in White Sands #4. The first 2 times we stayed at The Westin & The Kimpton. When we come back in the future, there is no doubt we will stay at White Sands. Unit 4 is a bit outdated and could use a refresher/ makeover, but definitely clean and had everything we could possibly ask for! Management was quick to respond when we asked for more pillows and an additional comforter for the pull-out. . Thanks for some awesome memories....we can’t wait to come back!

Winds Sands 4 was beautiful, very peaceful, felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Unit had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend and would stay again.
