Well-furnished and designed with your vacation in mind, you will love a stay at Beachside Villas 413. Two cozy bedrooms and two private bathrooms can easily accommodate six guests. Not to mention, it is pet-friendly! Go ahead and unpack and settle into your home away from home! This ground-floor space has it all, including free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. While you will definitely want to venture out and try some of the local cuisines, nothing beats a home-cooked meal prepared inside your condo. When you need a moment to unwind, step out onto your covered patio and relax at the bistro table with your favorite beverage.

This unit was very clean and exactly as pictured online. The host answered any questions within a reasonable amount of time. My kids especially enjoyed the pool after spending the day at the beach. I am so thankful to have a place to visit that allows my dogs to travel with us!

Wonderful last-minute stay over the weekend. Precious little condo close to the beach and restaurants in Seagrove! Clean, comfortable bedding, and just right for our little family of 4!

Great location

Cute place, well cleaned. Perfect location. Little small for family if 5. Well equipped but little issue getting TV to work. Other than that we loved it!

Lovely place

Our stay was great. We had a little problem with the lock when checking in, but that was quickly resolved. Beach access is a little different now, the closest beach is now private. But the property has a shuttle that is really great. The condo was clean and comfy.

Eastern Lake retreat on 30a

Overall nice place. Gave 4stars because I found hairs all over the towels. And so much dust in corners, under beds and sofa, etc. needs a deep clean. However enjoyed the amenities of the property, tennis courts, proximity to beach, pool was a miss in October the pool should have heat on.

Nice condo

Condo was small in the living area. Fine for 3 adults but would have been tight with any more. The shuttle worked going to the beach but 2 times we were left without a ride coming home. Not a bad walk but hard with beach chairs, coolers... Not as clean as I would prefer - cat food behind the TV console.

the condo and facilities were excellent. The only part that probably should have been made clear is that the beach access actually puts you out where it is private property and you have to go down the beach quite a ways to get to a public beach since the condos don’t have their own section.
