You will feel right at home in this first floor gulf-front condominium tastefully decorated with a tropical flair. Walk out to the pool, grilling area, and beach access directly from the patio. Enjoy the comforts of home while at the beach with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living and dining area, flat screen TVs in each room, and pillow top mattresses on each bed. The expansive Master suite boasts a walk in shower and jetted whirlpool tub, and ample counter space with his and her vanity sinks.

Enjoy the 30-A bike and walking trail to access local shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities at Alys, Rosemary, and Seacrest beaches. Your stay at Tranquillity 110 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Please Note: Tranquility at the Beach does not allow smoking in any of the common areas or units, including the balconies.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Reviewer Comments: Clean, convenient, and spacious for 3 couples, we had an amazing time sharing our favorite part of the Gulf Coast with friends from California and Texas -- they said they really couldn't believe the elegance and style of the property, and that the beach and waters were more beautiful than any of the islands they had visited! We will definitely come again, and recommend to others!

Beautiful spacious condo and perfect bch & pool access

Loved this condo! Right next to pool and beach with soft sand. Very clean throughout. Large kitchen fully stocked, mult tv's and spacious bedrooms. We would def stay here again. Adding a Keurig would be a nice addition and sliders were very difficult to open which i'm assuming is from sand/ocean exposure.

Fabulous beach access!

Wonderful beach access, right out the back patio door! This unit was very clean and comfortable for my husband and me; it would be small for more than 3 or 4 people. Pool is clean and heated👍 There is some foot traffic adjacent to back patio and along the side of unit, not much privacy, but ok during off season. It was lovely having breakfast on back patio so close to the ocean and sound of the lapping waves!

Only negative was that a trailer was parked in our one parking spot the entire week, and we called Benchmarck twice and they never called us back. Everything else was great!

Not what was expected!

The location was great, as was access to the beach. Other than that, it was pretty disappointing. The floors were not clean, there is several areas where we found black mold, there are exposed wires in an electrical outlet on the back patio, the back door did not lock two of the nights during our stay. I could go on. I would never stay there again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at Tranquility we were locked out of the gate. I didn't see a gate code on any of our correspondence from Benchmark Mgmt. Good thing we arrived during business hours or else we would have been stuck sleeping in our vehicle for the night. The condo was very nice and in the best location. The only downfall was that you couldn't see the beach at all from the patio. When it was time to leave, we didn't have the code for the dumpster.

Great location but very dated

Unit 110 did not disappoint as far as location. It's steps away from the pool and beach which was fantastic! One reason we picked this unit was the high rating on cleanliness and were disappointed by the overall condition of the unit. It falls very short by not being updated, queen bathroom shower curtain was molded and the bottom front of the vanity was missing and there was a pair of tennis shoes and a tshirt under there. Very odd. There's a very dangerous exposed outlet with no cover on it on the patio with wires hanging out and we battled a couple of very huge roaches. One side of the entrance gate stayed open during our stay. We met another couple staying in a 3rd floor unit who had similar issues with their unit so maybe it's an overall Tranquility property issue. The location cannot be beat though which is great if you don't spend much time inside, which we didn't. Beach was perfection with almost no one on it. The pool was empty everyday and was clean.

My stay with Benchmark

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was ok. The pictures on line were better than the actual place. Bathrooms looked as if they had not been cleaned properly, gated condo and the gate did not work but 1 day, light bulbs were out in several places, the master door leading to the patio was messed up and you could not open the door. Next to the last day of our stay we opened the dishwasher to find roaches. I called the office and explained and ask them to have the manager contact me regarding this matter. Never heard back. They sent me a review to do, I called them and explained I'm not one that likes to give a bad review and would like to give them a chance before I place review. Still no word and they continue to ask for my experience. So to summarize my stay would be a 3 and I will never stay at this condo again.

Right on the beach!

Our back patio was next to the pool and a few steps to boardwalk that led to our private beach. All the neighbors were very nice. We enjoyed the beach every day, no crowds at all. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location!!

Nice condo overall, with a prime beach front location. Steps from the pool and private beach access. Property exterior is nicely manicured and well kept. The interior of the unit is nice and spacious with overall nice furnishings. A couple of housekeeping items should be attended to…the bedding comforter in master was very stained and could tell they are not properly washed between each guest. As a safety caution, they used wall tile on the floor in master shower so it is VERY dangerous as a slip hazard. It was like an ice rink, so we had to keep wet hand towels on the floor as to not fall. The patio furniture is missing a chair so only 3 can sit outside comfortably. Also, worth noting, there is no Keurig coffee maker so be prepared to go “old school” with your morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again but hope to see those small improvements made for future guests.

Great location

Access to the beach and pool was great for our small grandchildren and very pregnant wife. The condo was beautifully de orated and had plenty of room for the 7 of us.

Clean and good location

7 of us. Clean condo. Plenty of room. Didn't use the dishwasher but washer and dryer were used everyday. No issues with the doors. Mattresses comfortable. Pool was right off the patio. There are 57 steps down to the beach. That means if you have trouble walking, you won't be able to get up to the condo from the gorgeous water.

Was worried about noise being so close to the pool, but could hear nothing! You walk outside and you have everything right there; pool and stairs to the beach! The condo was huge! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt this unit was priced more for its location than for features of the unit. This unit smelled like it had been empty for a while and the master bedroom window had what appeared to be water damage on the interior side. Throughout the week we had several roaches show up in the kitchen and bathroom. We contacted management about a clogged toilet and they were quick to respond. We received a $210 credit for Vacayzen but it could not be used towards beach service as Jakes Beach Service was the exclusive vendor for this building. We paid $450 for 2 sets of chairs and umbrellas for the week. The pool is smaller with a 25 person limit and the pump had quit working midweek. Perhaps we happen to be there during a bad week or our expectations were too high but this place just didn’t do it for us.

Mixed Bag

There were some wonderful things about this property. The location was great. The condo was huge! There was nice living room furniture and comfy beds. The beach was beautiful, of course. That said, I would not stay here again. The sliding door that granted quick access to the backyard was very difficult to open and impossible to close- meaning every time we left for the beach/pool we had to go through the front door. The kitchen stuff was terrible quality! That was pretty disappointing. I’m used to rental quality stuff, but this was way below standard. Overall, there were very nice things at this property, but for a family that wanted to cook in this kitchen and have accessibility to the beach/pool/backyard for kids and grandma, these “little things” were frustrating.
