Property is beautifully redone and accurately reflected in the pictures on the website. Beach access is easy and beach chairs/umbrella are readily available via web. The beach is not crowded at all despite it being mid summer, due to the fact that these are not high-rises in this area.My only issue is the traffic on 30A.....it took 30 minutes to drive 1.8 miles to Rosemary Beach town center for dinner.

Great location!! Calista kept me informed before, during, and after our stay. Very clean and just like the pictures. Would 100% stay there again.

Incredible property! Exceptionally clean and well decorated everything was very new. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view of the ocean was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely come back and stay. We had a family of 5-2 adults and three children and had more than enough space in bathrooms.Access to the beach was very simple and a short walk. The pool was clean and great as well. You’re about a five minute walk from Alys Beach. Only thing to note was bring beach towels. The unit does not provide them.

Great property!

The unit was fantastic. Very roomy, great views, easy to use appliances. The grounds were well kept. The building itself on the outside could use a bit of work. The stairwells could use brighter lighting.

Pretty but uncomfortable

The condo is a great location, right on the beach. However we were uncomfortable the whole trip due to a very hot master bedroom. No matter how low we turned the thermostat we couldn’t cool down that room. It was very hard to sleep. At this price point, the unit should have adequate AC to cool the entire condo.

Great Location

This was a clean nicely decorated condo. A few issues kept this from a five star rating. When we arrived we could not get the code for the overflow parking for our second for 3 days and felt that would be at risk of towing as there was only one assigned spot. Otherwise communication was timely and pleasant. The swimming pool was unavailable due the health code violations per the sign on the gate. Blender was broken, but was replaced almost immediately, that was awesome. Really fantastic view from unit snd the beach was beautiful.

My sister and I brought our Dad down over Mother's Day weekend and even though the weather wasn't the best our stay certainly was. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with clean, updated and useful items. We love staying in this area and the size of this complex is perfect for us. The host was extremely helpful and replied quickly to text requests about the Owner's Closet and allowing us to use their beach chairs. My only suggestion would be a new mattress for the middle bedroom. Otherwise, I highly recommend and hope to return in the Fall!!
