Perfect location right on 30A. Accessible to Alys, Rosemary, and Watersound but nice and secluded to not be in the middle of those either. Place is a wonderful throwback to old 30A/ gulf coast beach houses. Wonderful ocean view and steps away to your own beach. Host was wonderful and very communicative if needed.

Great place to get away and find peace.

It was great to get away from the grind and this place met every expectation. Close to so many options to eat and entertain. Also, great spot for some great bike riding.

Peaceful beach house

We loved staying in this private, peaceful oasis. So much better than a typical condo, the house has authenticity and history and a beautiful view.

We are so glad that these appreciative guests enjoyed our family Beach House. My parents built it in 1970 as a getaway with the unique architectural design of that period, and we have kept it pretty much the same except for periodical improvements.

Lovely home in an amazing area.

Home as listed, well furnished, with everything our family of 5 needed to have a wonderful stay. We spent time in pcb and destin, but our favorite place was right in the back yard.

Wonderful stay at the beach

The house was just as described. Very clean and the view was amazing! There are a lot of steps to the beach, but worth the effort to the beautiful beach!

AMAZING LOCATION, very cozy house with everything that needed for a relaxing vacation. Easy check in and check out, good communication with a property owner and manager. Rooms were neat and clean, kitchen equipped with necessary utensils, towels, etc. Beach umbrellas and chairs also provided. Beach was amazing, clean, not crowded. Very close to grocery store and nice restaurants.

Beautiful view!

We had a lovely stay - it was not completely clean and the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and we had to buy a few lightbulbs......other than that it was a perfect spot.

Beautiful View and Location

We had a great time staying in this single family home. The house had plenty of room, was very clean and had such a gorgeous view. Stephanie was a great hostess and very quick to respond to any questions.
