Stay was about 25 mins from katherine's landing. Grocery store about 3 minutes away, Walmart about 9 minutes away. This place had plenty of leg room for me and the family.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool felt good on hot days. The neighborhood is older but was quiet and convenient to parks, stores and restaurants. Jason was excellent to work with. M & P

We were visiting family that lived literally a minute away so we did not really make full use of the house, but it was spacious, well maintained, had remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, which was a big plus, and it was clean. We didn’t make use of the pool since we were there in November, but it was a nice feature for summer and looked clean. Jason was pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. We enjoyed or time and would look to book again the next time we are in town.

Great home all on one level. I brought my 80 year old mom and her friend to have family time

All great, just wish all bedrooms had TVs

Better than expected!

We were pleasantly surprised with the space of the house and how nice and clean it was. It was also easy to communicate with the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a few challenges-mostly with the cleanliness of the property-but the owner responded promptly to our problem and addressed as quickly as he could.

Aug 2026 trip. Got there, property alarm went off Took owner 10 min to remotely turn alarm off Inside of house was clean The furniture was very old and run down in the bedrooms. Bed was ok for a weekend stay Living room was nice Here’s where the problem laid When we went outside to pool area there was trash all over, barbecue had food in it still, a lot of sand in pool When I spoke to the owner he said “I just got a new pump, my guy didn’t have time to clean it & he won’t be back until Monday, but if we could run the pump the it would filter out by morning”. I told him that was unacceptable and I needed someone there by Saturday to clean the pool, not my job to clean his pool. He said he would call me Saturday morning to let me know what time somebody was coming We were on the lake got back to the house in the afternoon and the pool was still dirty He never called me to tell me nobody was coming. I had to call him to verify nobody was going to be there so we never got to use the pool. Back door wasn’t safe either. I asked him for a partial refund due to not able to use pool all weekend. He was about 75 higher per night than houses around him due to pool. I asked him for 150 refund, got 75. I would not suggest this house to anybody because you don’t know if the pool is gonna be clean or not and this could ruin your whole stay. When I pay for something in full, I expect to get it, don’t waste your money here don’t chance it. He never once really apologized either..

Pool Fun!

I gave Jason an overall rating of a 3. The pool was very clean and well maintained. There were some missing amenities from his list on the VRBO site. If you rent his home you may want to pick up some toilet paper and paper towels before you go to the house. Patio table outside was not cleaned and patio door windows were very dirty, but the master bedroom was a highlight.

Nice but disappointed

I realize that normally the pool is warm in the summer months. However, in cooler months it seemed obvious the pool would have been heated if you are advertising a pool for a VRBO. A statement saying that is not heated or even a message to renter would have been helpful, not finding out the day you arrive from homeowner it is freezing.

Plenty of my guests have inquired about the pool. I've gladly relayed to them that there's no pool heater. Most of my winter time guests are there for sporting events, so it's not an issue. Was the rest of your stay at my home that awful? Were the other amenities not to your liking? I can see a small portion of your disappointment, but not to your level. If you are looking to swim in the middle of winter you should do more research, but I was never hiding the fact there was no pool heater.

Pool was fun BUT, Perfect — here’s a balanced, VRBO-ready version that’s polite, clear, and honest without sounding harsh:--- (3/5)We stayed here for 7 days in southern Arizona during some very hot weather. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and matched much of what was described in the listing. However, one major issue impacted our overall comfort — the thermostat was locked at 75F, and we had no way to adjust it.Because we cook frequently, the home would heat up quickly, and it became uncomfortably warm at times. We had to reach out to the host multiple times a day, every day just to request temperature changes. The listing mentioned “comfortable A/C and luxury,” so this was disappointing and not quite what we expected.With that said, if the thermostat access is resolved for future guests, this property has the potential to offer a truly enjoyable stay.

Horrible owner, nice house

BEWARE The property generally matched description The owner, Jason, had maintenance scheduled during the entire stay that he did not make us aware of. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made NO mention that we'd be woken up to landscapers removing tree stumps from outside our window His demeanor and lack of proffesionalism ruined our stay. I would NEVER rent from him again Vrbo customer service did nothing to resolve it

I had a quick appointment scheduled prior to their arrival. I mistakenly didn't inform them I had landscaping planned for the next day, which was beyond my control due to scheduling. The guest was completely unglued and his response to me didn't match the situation at hand. He came outside in his underwear yelling and screaming. He was completely belligerent and disrespectful to me as the property owner. There was no way for me to make any concessions for my mistake. His response leads me to believe he was under the influence of a controlled substance. He was agitated and was taunting me to fight him. Who exhibits this type of behavior? I would never rent my property to this person and would caution other owners.

Jason’s house is beautiful we loved his place our kids had a blast.

Unfortunately Mother Nature don’t tell us when she’s going to hit us with a sandstorm knocking down electricity no light for more than 12 hrs. The house had everything except emergency lights or a generator for emergencies like this but overall the place is nice we only enjoyed one day due to sandstorm

Family visit

This was best stocked kitchen we’ve had in a vrbo. Great patio area with grill was where we spent most of our time and visited with our family . Not a big deal but the site did mention hairdryer in amenities, didn’t bring one and there was not one

Wonderful

Jason was a pleasure to work with and his property is really great. Nice for dogs because yard is completely fenced which lets the dogs go out and wander around.

Beautiful house

I loved the house location, it was in the middle of everything we needed and wanted. I thought the house was more beautiful in person, the pictures don't do it justice!

Perfect large family or 2 family home

We had a tournament in Bullhead City. The home feels much larger then the photos shows. It is in the perfect proximity to the sports fields. I would highly recommend this for larger families or two families.

Fantastic property in Bull head

Jason was a great host, responded to texts timely and the property was as listed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Would highly recommend this place to stay and if we go back we will stay here again!!
