Summary:

This historic Savannah YWCA building turned into modern residences! Come stay away with us but feel at home in this tastefully decorated refinished condo. Positioned perfectly in the historic district, this unit is a stone's throw away to some of the best restaurants in town and less than a 5 minute walk to River Street! We offer a washer/dryer for you to use at your convenience. WiFi and smart TV's included.

The Space:

We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate!

There are elevators available for you on the main level, we are on level 3.



The Neighborhood:

We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others!



Getting Around:

You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything!

We loved staying here. In a great area and walkable distance to all the things you need. Street parking was easy. Loved the vibe of the building. The host was very communicative and easy to talk with. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Savannah

Host was amazing in communicating with us about the rental and parking.
The Cathedral Basilica of St John the Baptist. We went to this historic church for Sunday mass.
Circa 1875 for a wonderful dinner
Near Boars Head Tavern for a family brunch after church mass.
Collins House our go to breakfast place.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It was also very affordable for the area, which made the experience even better. The host was extremely effective at communicating — they responded quickly to any questions and made check-in and check-out very easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The Host, Chase and Brandon, were fabulous and their instructions for the stay perfect.Their place is beautiful and in the heart of everything. We had such a wonderful time walking about Savannah.

We had a really easy and comfortable stay in this clean, well appointed apartment. The location was super convenient and the host gave excellent and easy to follow instructions for check-in and checkout. Having two bathrooms with toiletries was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked and I really appreciated the coffee, tea, basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper, and plenty of hand towels. We didn’t cook but it appeared to have everything we would need if we did. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay as it is close to everything, was nice and clean, felt safe (3 women traveling). Well supplied and host responded quickly to all questions. Would recommend staying here.

This property was amazing! They thought of everything! One day, three of us were headed out to brunch and a rainstorm popped up. Opened the closet and there were three umbrellas hanging right there! It is a great location, walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops and just a few blocks from the water. Communication was fast and easy, as was check in. Oh, and checking out! Not a lot of rules and cleaning required. The hosts made great recommendations for places when we asked for suggestions.It was a perfect space and we enjoyed the fact the rooms were on opposite sides of the condo so we had a little bit of privacy while sharing the same space. Will definitely look to stay here again!!

Perfect location

This was the perfect location! Short walk to Forsythe Park, The Historic District and The River District. Management Company was super helpful and responded very quickly.

Great Location

This property was as described. Clean, efficient and perfect location in the Historic district - walking distance to everything - Museums, Restaurants, River, Trolly Tours. The Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom layout was excellent, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Savannah family vacation

Beautiful place and great location for many local attractions. Owner was very helpful and quick response to messages. Rental was clean and comfortable. This was our first visit to this historical town. Hope to come back again some day.

Awesome location!

In the heart of the Historic District. Walked everywhere. The building & condo were quite comfortable. Chase was wonderful and quick to respond to questions. If I return to Savannah, I would definitely stay here again!
