Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Amazing room!

We stayed for 6 nights as a family of 6 plus my mother! We all had an amazing time. We will definitely being staying again in the future!

The view from the condo was perfect! We loved the location and the fact it was on the third floor for quick elevator rides. There was lots of space in the main living area and good sleeping arrangements. Our kids loved the basketball court. Overall it was a great place to stay. Only complaints were an old stove which made cooking a challenge, rusted shower curtain rods made the space feel dirty even though it was not (not a huge issue) and excessive amounts of emails and texts (this could be streamlined which would make finding needed info much easier). Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hosts handled a running toilet quickly for us.

Great for family

The condo was as pictured. Very spacious with a great view of the ocean. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Will stay here again!

Overall this was a wonderful stay for our family. The room was like the pictures, reasonably clean and spacious. The only negative gif is was the parking fees, 110 for 2 cars was quite a bit more than we normally would pay. Otherwise we had a great family trip.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. This property had some issues with mold around the guest tub and rust on both shower bars. It could use an update, but the beds were comfortable, as were the sofa/chairs in the den. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice visit with the family.

Accurate description

Bring coffee, filters and toilet paper. One roll of the thin stuff won’t last long. Great location. Family friendly and chill.

Clean and updated property!

We stayed here in April 2025 for a cheer competition. This was our 4th time in Orange Beach and our second time staying at Phoenix VI. The condo was clean and updated, appliances were nice and new and all working great. We really enjoyed the big balcony at this unit! The only “criticism” I would give is that the bathrooms could use an update. This was the perfect size for our family of 5!

Great Location but unit was not bad

Bathroom reno left something to be desired. Small shower with a low head. Patio furniture was pretty rough as well. Location on the beach was great which the real reason for being there.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Picture perfect. 8 of us 3 bedrooms plenty of space. 4 Adults 2 teenagers a 9 and 7 year old. More then enough room. Second time for us staying at a phoenix condo and I wont go anywhere else

Well thought out

The fact that the beds were elevated enough to store all our luggage and extra crates under the bed was a real plus. It did not feel like the beds were high. I wish all unit had these beds.

Everything was very nice. The location was perfect. The only problem was in one not the bedrooms. There was an empty water bottle found on the bedside table and there was dirt on the floor. Other than that everything was clean,

Family including teens had a blast

Phoenix VI was a great location! Impressed at how easy the check-in process was. I received multiple emails and text before, during and after our stay. We had zero issues but feel like if we had, I would have known whom to contact. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the convenience of renting chairs, umbrellas, and paddleboards, the pool was great, we used the grills one day, loved the fans inside to keep floor dry and to dry our feet, the water hoses along the board walk were smart, loved that my kids could log into our streaming apps on the TV. No complaints. We will be back!
