Great condo, very clean and plenty of room. Nice big kitchen and living area with beautiful beach front views, comfortable beds too. The host was very accommodating, responsive, pleasant to correspond with and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved our first stay here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Beautiful beach view from our balcony. The location was great! We enjoyed walking to The Flora Bama for nightly entertainment. The check in and check out process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rental for our winter get-away! The communication with the owner before and during our trip was excellent. Comfortable beds and furniture were a huge plus, and the kitchen was very well equipped with any appliance or gadget we needed.

Great views of the beach from the room and the balcony. The balcony was spacious with plenty of room to sit outside and listen to the waves and the condo was very clean and had spacious rooms. Great check in and check out. No problems at all with anything.

Beautiful Property, Great Location
The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. As a bonus, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed breakfasts on the big gorgeous balcony, and we loved hanging out in the kitchen. The proximity to Flora-Bama was fun as well! We cant wait to visit again.

The condo was very clean and nice. The beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook with. The host were so sweet and amazing about reaching out to us. The check in and parking was very simple. We had a great experience!!

We have always enjoyed going to the gulf coast and have had many special memories there. We love relaxing at the condo and also enjoy the many activities available in the area. Our friends, children and grandchildren have all enjoyed it with us.

Everyone has a special place, we would like to invite you to ours. We have family and friends in Alabama and Georgia so it is perfect place to meet and enjoy time together. Phoenix X is in a great location close to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. We have owned this condo since the building opened and love the location.

A favorite place to relax is on the lounge chair on the balcony. The relaxing sounds and views are great. The Alabama end of Perdido Key is uncrowded and it is enjoyable to walk along the beach any time of year.
