Parking *** All Phoenix X guests must purchase parking passes. $60 per car. This is in addition to total with VRBO.
New SPLASH PAD 2025. We do not have a confirmed date of opening yet. The friendly Brett-Robinson staff are on-site to assist you. Maintenance, housekeeping and security are on-site. Our reviews show that we take pride in making sure you have a comfortable, memorable stay. Excellent communication from the owner. Fill the gap prices throughout the year.

Vacation Stay

This condo was great. It was very clean and plenty of kitchen plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans. The balcony was equipped with plenty of chairs for relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Unit & Host

This property and the unit especially, is one me and my family really enjoyed and will definitely visit again. The unit is well stocked with everything you need with easy access to the trash chute and parking garage. We have teenagers so being in this location was the perfect fit due to the proximity of everything from food to entertainment for teens and adults. Christa, our host, was most excellent from the second we booked through the end of our stay. Right off the bat we chatted on the phone and she emailed recommendations and times on things going on during our stay in the area. You can tell when someone cares that you are satisfied with a service provided and that was obvious in our dealings. She always ensured we were satisfied and wanting to know anything she can do to provide an even better experience for future visitors. Thanks for a great week away and we will return in the future.

Girls’ Trip

This property is wonderful! Location is great…we only left in a vehicle one time the whole four days! The owner was very accommodating! She sent emails with information about the area and fun things that were happening that weekend. We even had a treat left for us in the condo! 100% would stay here again!

Great unit at Phoenix X

I have stayed at the Phoenix X several times but this unit was by far the best! There was thoughtful consideration given to every aspect of this unit to ensure that the guest are comfortable! The owner communicated very well & very quickly to all of my questions! I will definitely choose this unit again!

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The unit was clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. The beds were all very comfortable. The views were beautiful. Christa was a wonderful host, she responded promptly anytime I messaged. She provided us with information about Phoenix X and the surrounding areas. Amazing beach experience

The condo was well equipped with kitchen tools. The owner was easy to talk to and shared activity ideas before our arrival. The Phoenix X was always clean, accommodating, and friendly. We can’t wait to do it again!

Absolute perfection!!

I can truly say that I was blown away!! Our stay far exceeded any expectations I may have had. We were comfortable from the moment we entered our condo. I would recommend any and every person I know to make the same choice we did and stay here. 10 out of 10 HANDS DOWN!!

Orange Beach Vacation

From the moment we checked in to our departure we were very impressed with the property. Christa was an amazing host, she answered all our questions and gave us wonderful suggestions. The property is very well appointed, with everything we needed with quality items. There were even games and cards for our down time. We loved the property.

Beautiful Condo

My daughters and I just spent 5 days in Orange Beach and were sad to leave. Christa was a great host and was very accommodating. She gave lots of information of what to do and see in the area. The condo was clean, comfortable and the view spectacular. We can't wait to come back! Patti

Great Condo

The unit was very nice. It was clean, everything worked, well stocked and well organized. The owner keeps this unit well maintained which is more than I can say about some of the others we have stayed in over the past 8 years. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We love it!

great beach getaway

great view from the balcony. Christa is great and made sure to offer recommendations tailored to our party (kids). She stayed in touch throughout the entire experience before and after the trip. highly recommend booking with Christa.

Great for mixed age family

This property was great for our group. We have young ones and a teen and all the kids enjoyed being able to enjoy the beach, indoor pool, and outdoor pools. They were able to interact with others their age that were also at the condo and it is laid out where they could quickly change activities on the property. The condo was clean and set up nicely. It was pleasant but not overly decorated or decorated with breakables to the point of chasing the toddler around afraid he would touch too much. Next time we are in Orange Beach we would definitely stay here again.

Do yourself a favor and look no further. This place is a gem!

This is a wonderful condo in the perfect location. I would give it a 100 stars if i could! Great experience from the inception of booking through checkout. The owner, Christa, is very thoughtful about everything and made our vacation such a pleasure. We will definitely be staying here at least on an annual basis. Absolutely loved it!

We have always enjoyed going to the gulf coast and have had many special memories there. We love relaxing at the condo and also enjoy the many activities available in the area. Our friends, children and grandchildren have all enjoyed it with us.

Everyone has a special place, we would like to invite you to ours. We have family and friends in Alabama and Georgia so it is perfect place to meet and enjoy time together. Phoenix X is in a great location close to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. We have owned this condo since the building opened and love the location.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

A favorite place to relax is on the lounge chair on the balcony. The relaxing sounds and views are great. The Alabama end of Perdido Key is uncrowded and it is enjoyable to walk along the beach any time of year.
This unit is the only one we own. You can see from the many reviews that we take pride in the unit and care about each guest's experience. You will find attention to detail and a quick response from me if you have any questions or needs.
