Come relax in newly renovated fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with generous floor space facing the swimming pool. This piece of heaven incorporates superb features such as private entry, cathedral ceiling and no upstairs neighbors which makes it very quiet, bright and cool in the same time. Entirely suitable to a family of 4 featuring a King bed in the master bedroom and a very comfortable Queen memory foam sleeper-sofa in the living room.

Comfortable, private and clean covered patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs are provided. Family friendly high chair included and crib available upon request. Enjoy free high-speed internet, flat screen TV with HD cable.

Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, serving dishes, pots pans and utensils as well as MW, cafe maker and toaster.

In unit laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided .

Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The property is located in a gated condominium complex which has a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse. Located within walking distance from a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation, and 5min drive from 24/7 Walmart. The condo is located minutes from beautiful award-winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

Visit to Gulf Coast

The condo was in a great location to water, parks and restaurants. The condo was well stocked to be able to make all our meals. The cleanliness and quiet location was every thing we had hoped for. It was easy to connect with host and leading up to our stay the information sent allowed for a very easy visit. Thank you! We hope to return!

Beautiful condo

Check in and check out was super easy. The place was very clean. Had everything you needed great location right next to the pool. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the condo at Avalon, it is great location close to the pool/gym, clan and tidy with all the utensils etc you need. Plenty of stores close by for supplies, further away from beeches etc than we anticipated.

Perfect for our stay!

The owners had frequent contact to check on us and follow-up when we had questions. The laundry was great to have and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans for cooking. We will definitely be back

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer top Ferienwohnung. Vermieter äußerst bemüht und zuvorkommend. Bei der Agentur hingegen wird mit dir bürgertennis gespielt Wir hatten nur ein kleines Anliegen und geholfen wurde uns über 3 Tage nicht Es hebt auch immer ein anderer Mitarbeiter ab und der kennt sich dann nicht aus Auch wird dem Vermieter anscheinend verboten mit dem Mieter zu kommunizieren außer über die VRBO App Eine Bevormundung die ich mir sicher nicht mehr gefallen lasse . Fazit Vermieter 1: Agentur 0

Our family of 4 including children 7-9years really enjoyed our 9 night stay at this Avalon unit. Because of the friendly hospitality of the Host(s) and rapid communication, to the simple check-in and check-out procedures. The large and never crowded pool is a few steps away. Ideal location to the beaches, parks, attractions, restaurants and shopping. Clean and fully stocked unit with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and beach/pool accessories. The likelihood of us returning is very high!

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely presented. The gated community had a relaxed feel to it and the heated pool was a great facility. As advertised, the sofa bed available in the living area was very comfortable. There was a good variety of shops and restaurants close by and Clearwater Beach was just a short drive away. Highly recommended.

Avalon review

Working with the hosts was great! They were very responsive and accommodating. My only issue was all the fresheners and scents throughout the condo. For someone with breathing issues, this was a big problem for me! Because only the patio door opens, and we were not successful in trying to open the windows, it was very difficult to get fresh air in to help.

It was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon! The manager and his family were very responsive, helpful, and accomodating! They even communicated with us to return an item we had left! We would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic Stay at Clearwater

We were initially worried about Hurricane Ian. We wrote to the property owners and received immediate responses. They have been incredibly quick with their responses to any and all questions. Now for their place. It was PERFECT. So warm and inviting. They prepared EVERYTHING. The condo is beautiful, and overlooks the pool, but is not noisy at all. The rooms were comfy and clean. We have ZERO complaints about the room at all. The condo is within 15 minutes of Clearwater Beach and very convenient to everything. The Publix grocery is less than a 5 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place for a couple, or a family with young children as well. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us.

Work-Cation

1st and foremost... The host communication was outstanding. Check in process was simple and easy. The condo was clean and tidy. I work remotely and the wifi was great even reached to pool area so I could work poolside. Location was perfect as we explored Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin, Honeymoon Island and St Pete. I would highly recommend to all my friends n family. 2 recommendations according to my wife who is 4 foot 11.... Full length mirror would be nice addition and a pizza cutter! 😂 😂. Thank you again for making our stay perfect in every way.

Very ENJOYABLE!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was just as pictured/ said! Communication with the owners was excellent and they even texted us a couple times to check on us and our stay! The property was beautiful and the room was very clean, spacious and home feeling! would recommend!!

Clearwater Avalon Condo

Picture was accurate of the property and the Condo did not disappoint. Clean, amenities were perfect and the owners were communicative and we had everything we needed prior to our trip. Condo is close to Phillies spring training games, area was nice.

Clearwater vacation 2021

Nice place over looks pool. Owners very responsive to needs of renters. Kitchen equipped with plenty of supplies. Place clean. Suggestions for improvement vent on wall & windows could use some cleaning. Sheets, pillow cases on bed, and pillows very worn. Also if you use washcloths will need to take your own. Enjoyed our stay. Have stayed at this location before but at other condos. This condo is nice in that has been updated compared to others.

Excellent condo

My husband and I spent a week relaxing in this condo and were 100% satisfied. Upon arrival, we paid special attention to the super cleanliness of the entire apartment! We were provided with all the conditions for a super comfortable stay. The owners of the condo Gabrielle and Alina were very attentive and friendly! Great apartment, great stay.

clearwater beach vacation

overall the property was beautiful and centrally located to everything we needed. unfortunately for us it rained the first three days; however, it made us appreciate that we had a nice place to stay in while it did. we were in a great location as far as surrounding areas too. my boyfriend and I are a younger couple (mid 20s) so we did want to venture out and explore the cities around us and we weren't far from them at all. alina and gabriel kept up with contact with us and gave us every bit of information we needed along the way. I would reccommend this property and the amazing hosts for your next travel down! absolutley beautiful and extremely clean!
