This cottage is on a dead end driveway offering privacy and an authentic lake house experience in an eastern exposure camp with ample docking and parking for your party. Nestled in at Coleman Point, your boats are protected from most weather on Winnipesaukee. This all season cottage has 3 bedrooms , 2 baths, a detached and very quaint bunkhouse and a sleeper sofa. The 30 foot porch (with electric awning) faces the lakefront, sun deck and fire pit for your enjoyment. The firm sandy beach and crystal clear water will amaze any newcomer to Winnipesaukee.

This was the most relaxing vacation we've taken in forever. I literally never left the property and my granddaughters have memories for a lifetime. The lake was so beautiful. Rob was such a wonderful host.

Rob is a great host. He is responsive to any questions or needs. New upgrades this year- couch and ductless air conditioners. We can’t wait to come back in September.

Fantastic Hosts. Beautiful location. Lots of quality options for sleeping. Sandy area for swimming off the end off the dock. Really well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful location close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Family enjoyed kayaking, boating and fishing as well. The host is a great guy. In fact, when my husband was having issues with his boat he really went above and beyond to help him.

Loved our stay at this beautiful home with beautiful views! This was our third time vacationing here and it was again wonderful. The home is comfortable and well stocked, the yard and swim area provides lots of fun and the dock is great for the boats. I would highly recommend this vacation home. Linda N.

The home was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owner was right next door which was nice. We had fires each night with the wood supplied. Water trampoline was great for sunbathing.

Wonderful Getaway

Another great year at the most beautiful spot on the lake. This year we had great weather. The view is beautiful and near all the family fun attractions. We can't wait to come back next year.

Another perfect week!

We have stayed here for the past several years and the location and view can’t be beat. Very friendly owners who make sure we had everything we need like firewood & gas for the grill. An ideal place to spend a week with friends and family.

This property is right on the water. You can relax on the deck, anywhere in the big yard or even on the raft not far from the dock. The host is very nice and generous. He even helped me with an issue I had during my stay. We feel at home. We even booked extra weeks for next year.

Family fun

We enjoyed another great family vacation at this home! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. The homeowners are so thoughtful, offering activities for the children and help when we had a problem with our equipment. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely quiet spot with an absolutely incredible view. Swimming was amazing with a private dock and raft.

Sun rise on the deck is as spectacular as the moonrise over the lake in front of the fire pit. Great place to unwind!

Memorial Day weekend

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is pretty and the view is unbeatable! We enjoyed kayaking and paddling on the lake. Rob and Michelle were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend it!

Fall weekend 2024

We loved our stay here! Cute cottage with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. There was plenty of space for our 6 family members, which included two young children. We appreciated having firewood available for the fire pit, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was friendly and very accommodating.

Perfect summer getaway

We’ve been making an annual trip to this property for 4 or 5 years. The lakefront views are amazing and the property is perfect for our family. The extra cabin bedroom is a hit with our kids. The owners are very attentive and check in to make sure everything is as expected. Looking forward to next year!
