Simply a slice of heaven! Beautiful dog friendly property with amazing views. Morning coffee on the deck watching the sunrise, taking the boat out for amazing sunsets, playing board games at night, we had a wonderful week at this property. This was our second time staying here.

We love staying in this beautiful home with amazing views of the Lake and mountains. We also love the night sky up here, where we regularly see the Milky way galaxy. It is very private and is deep in the woods. But there are good stores close by with everything you need. Very happy we were able to bring our dog with us. Looking forward to staying again next year.

We love this house! Whether we're just sitting on the deck staring at the beautiful lake, or playing games inside the very comfortable house. It's one of our favorite places to be.

Cozy and Comfortable!We enjoyed a fun long weekend at this property. While there were a few hiccups along the way (largely because we failed to read the "fine print"), the property is in a beautiful location and very comfortable. Linda was a friendly and helpful host.

We have been coming here for our staycation for at least 4 years now. The house is perfectly nestled in the woods with gorgeous view and private access to the lake. Moulton Farm, The Old Country Store, Castle in the Clouds are fun to visit and easily accessible.

Great family vacation home

This was our 4th time staying at this vacation home and as always it did not disappoint! The house is clean, kitchen well stocked and the views of the lake are spectacular! Plenty of outside seating on the porch overlooking the lake and a nice firepit arwa for smores!

This is an outstanding property on Lake Winnipesaukee! It’s well-furnished and would be ideal for a family with children.The only downside is getting to it via a dirt road which can be challenging after dark.
The view from the deck is stunning!

Laconia weekend

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The lake house was just as advertised. The house was very clean and accessable and had all of the accomendations. Beautiful views and a very peaceful place overall.

Wonderful Lakeside Location

A group of six women stayed there because 50 years ago we were campers on an island in Lake Winnepesaukee. We used the firepit and swam off the dock.

Beautiful lakefront property

We are return renters and we love this property! It is a private lot on a beautiful location right on the lake. There is a nice dock for swimming and fishing. The sunrise is spectacular from the spacious deck. We have had the best family vacations here!

Wonderful view

Property is absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable . We pretty much lived on the deck overlooking the lake all weekend.
