The Tradewinds building offers great amenities including a large swimming pool with an indoor swim-through option, a BBQ grilling area, and private security for your peace of mind.

And that's not all – a convenient boardwalk leads the way to the beach, just a short stroll away. Whether you're aiming for a serene morning walk or a full day of sandy adventures, the beach is right at your fingertips.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• The pool heaters will be turned on From November 1 to March 31 each winter.
• Any guests or renters caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• No Pets are allowed on the property.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• Radios, stereos, and other musical equipment are not permitted after 10:00 p.m. on the grounds. Noise levels must be moderated after 10:00 p.m. so as not to disturb other guests. Disorderly guests will be evicted from the property.
• Running is not permitted throughout the entire property, including hallways, parking lots, pool decks, lobby, etc. Children are not permitted to play on the elevators. Parents will be held liable for the actions and /or damage caused by their children.
• NO items are to be left in main walkways including wagons, floats, rafts, beach chairs, beach toys, and bicycles (Fire Code).
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
