Very nice. Great location to beach.

My husband requires oxygen but we were so close to the ocean that it wasn't too difficult for him to enjoy the waves up close.

Great stay on the beach

Clean, comfortable, on the beach condo ready for any family. Owners responded to communication. Great location with groceries and restaurants nearby.

Good condo

The building is a bit dated but is totally functional and in a good location with a great view.. The interior was nice and beach access and quality is very good. Beach chairs are not plentiful so you need to go early or bring your own. The management has great communication and is helpful.

Not what we expected

Upon arriving we had an issue getting the key from the lock box. We called the number given on the check in email, and the person that answered tried to help but was unable to walk us through openeing the key box. While he was calling someone to help us we finally figured out the lock. There needs to be an explanation on how to open the box for those unfamiliar with this type of lock. We found dirty dishes in the silverware drawer, and had to run everything through the dishwasher before they could be used. The vent covers in both bathrooms were dirty and had to be cleand. The popcorn ceiling above the entry to the kitchen is pealing off and we found pieces on the floor. None of the three TVs in the unit were working, we checked all the connections and insured the TVs were plugged in. We found this to be the biggest issue. This is the first time ever staying with a VRBO property that we had no TVs that worked properly. I'm not sure what service they subscribe to in this unit, but it took thirty seconds for the channels to change and only a couple of stations would work. Had I not brought my laptop we would have had no TV at all. On the inside of the front door, the knob was about to fall off, and entire week we thought it was going to come off in our hands. We had to move the double bed in the small bedroom, because it was pushed up against the closet, blocking access.

Wonderful experience!

The interior is just as pictured! Wonderful space, and the location...PERFECT! Right ON the beach. I did have to call when we arrived to clarify check in/parking info but he answered my call and that took care of it.

Weather warnings

We were unaware that there was minimal tv access before arriving. If you don’t stream(which we don’t) you can’t watch tv. We called a couple times for help, but that didn’t work. We were there during a hurricane/tropical storm and couldn’t access local tv to see what was happening! We felt very unsafe!!!!! And water was coming in the sliding glass door at 4:00 in the morning, which we cleaned up for you. Ok condo, but definitely not safe!

The property location was great but the condo needed a good cleaning. Also, the linens/towels needed to be a better quality. Some things needed some improvements.

Great condo!

Condo was overall great! The location was perfect! Communication with the property manager was easy and responded quickly. Does need a few updates, but my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The condo is beautiful...very clean decorated nicely...looks just like the pictures and the view to be able to wake up in the morning to that view was amazing.....will absolutely be back!!!

Perfection

We have stayed at Breakers-Orange Beach several times. Our stay has always been wonderful. Communication with owner, description of property, check-in process......always without issue. The location in proximity to restaurants and grocery stores cannot be beat. Not to mention being right on the gorgeous white sand! Randall and Matt are wonderful. This place truly is perfection.

Vacation

Was very impressed with property. Excellent view. I was not bothered by water slide noise next door. My one concern was the temp of condo. At 68 degrees I had jacket or long sleeves on most of the time.

Great Location, Great Amenities

Condo is nicely appointed in a great location of Orange Beach - right across the street from many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Walk a short 8-10 minutes (max) along the beach and you will be at a beachfront restaurant and bar, Coastal. We prefer the smaller condo buildings with lesser units and this was exactly that. Unit could use some updates (lighting was a little dark) but overall a great fit for my husband and myself. Randall was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect location!

This condo was close to all the tourist things, but tucked enough from Gulf Shores that it wasn’t as crowded. Randall was great to work with. He was very willing and fast to respond to any comments/concerns. The views were stunning, I’m seriously going to miss waking up to my morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim off the shoreline. The beds were also so comfortable!!!! It was the first time I came home and didn’t say that I was happy to be in my own bed. We had a blast, thank you!
