Best Beach View

Loved how close we were to the beach. Plus with the large windows facing the water, it felt like we were right there even while inside. Comfortable, clean, and close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had to come back! Beautiful beach view off our balcony and restaurants and souvenir shops right across the street!! Best place on the gulf!! A++++

The condo is beautiful...very clean decorated nicely...looks just like the pictures and the view to be able to wake up in the morning to that view was amazing.....will absolutely be back!!!

Beautiful property with great view

This property was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the views were spectacular. Management was prompt at answering my questions. My family had a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property.

Cute, clean condo right on the beach. The view was great. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The bed in the master was so comfortable.

Girls trip 2019

Our second summer to stay here. We had a blast. Condo is perfect for our needs. Beach is easy access. Pool was nice also. Not crowded which we like. We will see you again next year.

Stress free vacation!!

First off, everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful!! When u drive 9 hours to get there, you’re hoping everything goes smoothly and we could not be happier!! We enjoyed every minute and hated to leave!! We definitely want to come back and highly recommend vrbo and The Breakers!!

We enjoyed our stay. Location is a great, convenient spot. Nice building, nice grounds. My only recommendations would be for the property to place some umbrellas for shade in the pool area. In the condo upgrade the quality of bedsheets and towels and provide a blanket for use on the couch. I will recommend to others and would consider staying here for future vacations.

Was very impressed with property. Excellent view. I was not bothered by water slide noise next door. My one concern was the temp of condo. At 68 degrees I had jacket or long sleeves on most of the time.

Great Stay

Overall, we had a great stay! Property was very clean. Building is on the older side but the condo is well maintained and updated. Great location on the 6th floor with amazing views of the ocean. Several grocery stores and restaurants are located directly across the street. Because it is a smaller building, there were less crowds on the beach in front of the Breakers building than the neighboring ones. Also, we rarely had to wait on the elevator. Will definitely stay again if we return to Orange Beach!

The location is great. Short walking distance to beach and across the street from grocery, Starbucks etc. But the condo needs some attention. Lacks instruction sheet on how to operate TV (confusing) and shower (weirdly, hard to figure that out). One TV did not turn on; the other, could not figure out how to access cable (apparently it was available). Seemed like no one is "minding the store."

We had a little hiccup the first couple of hours we were there but, it was resolved quickly and promptly. We really enjoyed our stay the condo was just as described clean and very very close to everything.

The place is very nice and clean. Very convenient to stores if you need groceries and such. Also are able to get to several good restaurants that are fairly close. We would stay there again.

The condo was just as pictured! Very roomy and very clean. We loved staying on this property due to the size. Never an issue with an elevator or crowds. It was a pleasant experience.
