Our cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master BR has a queen size bed and the second BR has 2 single beds. Washer& dryer as well! It is located in a quite, safe neighborhood close to Downtown and the airport, as well as, railroad Depot and walking trails along the Boise River. There are many restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. Outside bar-b-que, patio and seating. Yard

Christmas with family in Boise

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located! This worked just right for us to bring Christmas to our young adult daughter who couldn't travel home to be with us for the holiday. Love the proximity to Downtown, and since she lives on the Bench, this really was perfect for our needs.

In town for a wedding

The property was fantastic. Spotless house on a quiet little street- very close to downtown. We were able to walk to the Boise Depot for a wedding. Pattie (owner) was very responsive.

Perfect place!

This is the cutest cottage. It’s in a perfect location with main attractions being 5–10 min away. The backyard was perfect when the kids were restless and needed time outside. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Home away from home

Would stay here again in a heart beat. This home is very well set up. It has any and everything available to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Comfy furniture, throw blankets, toys, games, books of all sorts, City guides, maps, menus, plenty of towels. Patio in back with gas grill. Excellent location! You can walk to down town and the river walk.

Perfect little Gem in Boise

The house was outdated, but fitted our needs and was very close to BSU. If you are looking for a place to basically crash and accommodate 2-4 people Id recommend. Up until 2hrs before check in we hadn't had contact or received instructions from the host. After multiple emails and call we were able to square things away.

BSU Orientation Weekend

The house was really close to campus and made getting up and to each mornings check in really easy. House was perfect for us while getting our son used to campus and downtown. Clean space nice kitchen, really comfortable chair in the living room. It’s small but has everything you need. Washer/drier was a life saver after his rafting adventure.

Lovely home in great location.

Everything was wonderful here. Loved the location for visiting all Boise has to offer and the property itself is spot on. Clean and fully equipped. Found the twin beds in the second bedroom perfect as I prefer a firmer bed. Lovely little private backyard. A1 in all aspects.

Perfect!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We took advantage of the BBQ and had a lovely meal in the back yard and came at the perfect time when the roses were blooming. After being on the go for the day I loved how comfortable the living room furniture was. If in Boise we would definitely stay here again!

What a Gem!

This home was close to family we were visiting and close to downtown, Hyde Park, Boise Greenbelt…nothing was far for us to drive to. Great cottage! It was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our three night stay was provided! Very pleasant experience! Thank you Pattie!

Boise Getaway

I needed aplace for a one week visit with family in Boise - the cottage worked out great. Everthing is neat, clean, in working order, and pleasantly decorated. The gas grill was clutch for some barbeque! You won't go wrong with this cottage for small group / family.

My husband is also retired and we decided to have our own short term rental and make it into a place where people are safe and comfortable near the downtown area, parks, shopping, St.Lukes, skiing, fishing and hiking! We love Boise and love being able to share it with others!!
