Beautiful home

8 friends traveling together. Exuma is gorgeous, Sandy Bum is an awesome home. Beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, living area, pool, cabana.Wonderful house manager, we loved every minute.

Exuma Vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful. I don’t believe the pictures due it justice. Huge pool with the an infinity edge to the most amazing view of the ocean. The main floor is very spacious with great views throughout. We would definitely visit this property again.

Beautiful and spacious home

I enjoyed the stay at Sandy Bum tremendously. The pool was so relaxing along with the beach. This house is also very well stocked so don't go to the store until you check the pantry. We had a bit of an issue with small ants and Spa heat but other than that everything was great. I would completely recommend this house and I think it is the nicest house on the island hands down!

Thank you for your feedback and we are aware of these issues. The spa heater has been fixed-unstable power on the island has been an issue despite having a generator. We also increased our past control. Those little ants are very opportunistic on the island. Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Hope you will return to Sandy Bum in the future.

2 families of 4, 8 total people. 2 15 yo boys and 2 17 yo boys. House was better than the pictures show. Spacious and so so clean. This was our 5th time to Exuma and this is, by far, the best house we have stayed in. Central location on the island gives quick drives to downtown and things farther south as well as quick drives to the north end for excursions. Direct beach access with ability to walk both directions for Long Beach walks. Clean sand, clear water, kayaks and SUP for the fam to enjoy. Nice beach chairs with easy access. Perfect shower/hose at top of stairs to get rid of sand.Possibly the most well stocked VRBO on planet earth. Everything you would ever need in a kitchen is there.Infiniti edge pool with a hot tub for evening hangs. 12 out of 10 rating if that’s allowed!

Great Week at Sandy Bum

Sandy Bum was a dream. We visit Exuma frequently and love Tar Bay. Our youngest is heading off to college and we wanted to go all out on our family vacation this year. We were excited our friends decided to join us (9 total in our group). The three boys absolutely loved the bunk room. We really enjoyed the space right off the kitchen. We spent nights there huddled around the coffee table playing games with the kids. The kids also loved the basement space in the evenings, it was a great spot for them to hang out. The dining area and kitchen were perfect for our group size for meals. The house is fully stocked and has everything you could possibly need. The pool / cabana area was amazing and we loved all the extra floats. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards and the adults enjoyed the kayaks. The views are breathtaking and the house overall was just beautiful. You definitely have some space to spread out. Esther was fabulous to work with and the homeowner was great too. Good communication and quick to respond. Thank you Benz family for opening up your beautiful home, it truly was a great week!

Amazing house

Amazing house. Great location on the island. Tar Bay Beach is perfect and lots of room for walking. Owners thought of everything when designing this house. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of space. House manager (and owner too) was amazing with communication! Probably best house on the island — quality and location! Highly recommend! Already booked again!
